Research On The Strategy Of Aging Suitable Reconstruction For Existing Communities In Handan City Under The Demand Of High-Level Intellectual Senior Citizens

With the aggravating degree of aging population in our country,the aged have put forward more requirements for endowment environmental quality.In recent years,in order to improve the home care environment for the elderly,more and more existing communities have begun to carry out age-appropriate transformation projects.However,most of the completed age-appropriate transformation in the community is still at the level of building additional facilities,which cannot meet the diversified needs of the elderly.Design and research institutes such as universities,hospitals,the accessory community elderly residents is given priority to with the higher-education old man,this group during the period of work for our country’s social progress and economic development,cultural construction and personnel training and so on has made a great contribution,but the academic circles for the higher-education elderly community endowment environmental awareness is less,the future of our country aging of population will gradually tend to "gogetters",How to meet the needs of the elderly from the community level has become a problem that needs urgent attention and solutions.Guided by the needs of the elderly,this study transformed the previous homogenized and simple renovation methods for community aging,and sought to create a high-quality community environment for the elderly to meet the needs of safety and security,health and quality,self-realization and participation.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the theories and practical cases related to the aging adaptation of existing communities at home and abroad,and summarizes the theories and methods of aging adaptation of excellent cases.Secondly,it analyzes the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly with high knowledge,and introduces Maslow’s needs theory.Through behavioral map method and questionnaire survey method,it understands the needs of the elderly in community,and proposes three needs levels: safety and security,health and quality,self-actualization and participation.On this basis,the 19 of Handan city central city in the three typical universities,hospitals,and design institutes affiliated community field investigation,analysis of the existing community landscape environment,the traffic environment,public space,barrier-free facilities,form a complete set of functions and residential buildings such as the status quo,summed up: landscape to a single,lack of design levels;People and vehicles mixed,traffic safety is poor;The activity space is invaded and the quality of fitness facilities is poor.Lack of barrier-free facilities and incomplete functional facilities;Building skin homogenization,damage need to repair and other problems.According to the current situation,the three levels of elderly care needs of the elderly are set as the three common factors of the community’s age-appropriate transformation,and the age-appropriate factors are extracted according to the components of the community environment,and the weight ranking and comprehensive score of each factor are obtained according to the variance contribution rate of the factors.Thus,19 existing community renewal and optimization directions are obtained under the guidance of the needs of the senior citizens,such as fitness venues,communication places,architectural colors and signs.Based on the above analysis,five strategies were put forward for the existing community aging design in Handan City,including creating abundant outdoor public activity space,adding building space to guarantee health needs,improving the elderly quality of community buildings,creating a safe and barrier-free community environment,and improving the management system for the elderly in the community.The focus of this thesis is to put forward targeted suggestions on the aging adaptation of the existing community in Handan City based on the needs of the elderly,focusing on the elderly community pension issues,and improving the overall quality of the existing community pension environment from three levels: safety and security,health and quality,self-realization and participation.It also provides reference for other cities of the same type in the future to build aging-friendly communities and retrofit communities.
