The Design Concept And Application Research Of The Senior Cohousing Community

Twenty-first Century is the age of the population aging.China has entered the aging community,the aging population is on the rise,while China’s social pension system is the progress of development and improvement,the problem of elderly residential city is particularly prominent,improving the elderly living conditions becomes a consensus.At the same time,under the influences of the aged people’s old age pension idea,the housing choice and so on,the old people’s pension pattern also has changed.Some developed countries in Europe and America entered the aging community earlier than China,and they have accumulated a wealth of practical experience in the field of design for the elderly,which is worthy of our study and reference.In solving the problem of old people living abroad,this article has put forward the construction mode of the old cooperative community,and has explored this model in different degree,which provides a way to solve the problem of aging in China.Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of the pension model in China,and discusses the introduction of the concept of the elderly.From the development history,development model,participants and responsibilities of the elderly cooperative community,and the characteristics of the community,the concept and basic characteristics of the elderly cooperative community were discussed.Based on the theoretical research and case analysis,this study analyzes the planning and design methods of the foreign cooperative community.Senior cohousing is essentially a community home endowment,but also to promote the elderly rely on their pension problems and be responsible for the family and the community,the elderly to stimulate potential resources and try to play for the elderly,the elderly do not depend on the extension of social time,improve the quality of life,have the potential to help reduce the cost of population structure the new result.
