Research On Aging Evaluation And Optimization Of Outdoor Communication Space In Residential Areas Under The Mode Of Home Care For The Aged

With the increasing aging of the population in China,the elderly housing problem has become one of the most prominent social problems at this stage.Home care for the elderly has become an important way of providing for the elderly in China.Therefore,the quality of living environment directly affects the life of the elderly in their later years.The elderly have social characteristics,and social interaction has become one of the ways for the elderly to meet their spiritual needs.Through the research on the aging design of outdoor communication space in residential areas,this paper aims to meet the needs of more elderly people to participate in high-quality outdoor communication activities in residential areas,promote harmony between neighbors,and build an elderly friendly city.This study starts from the relevant theories such as the aging design of outdoor communication space in residential areas,user behavior patterns,etc,and systematically studies the relevant theoretical literature,providing a reference for the follow-up analysis of the elderly’s communication behavior and the establishment of evaluation indicators.Secondly,by means of behavior observation,interview,etc.,through field research on the outdoor space of three residential areas in Qingdao,including Dunhua Road Residential Area,Hangzhou Garden and Yan’an Second Road Residential Area,The problems in the external communication space were analyzed and the characteristics and needs of the communication behavior of older people were clarified,providing a basis for the construction of the follow-up evaluation index system.Third,research contents and design elements of aging design of outdoor communication space in early residential areas,the evaluation system of the aging design of the outdoor communication space in the residential area was established by using the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method.Fourthly,Through the questionnaire survey,the scientific,systematic and in-depth comparative evaluation of the target residential area is carried out in order to verify the feasibility of the evaluation index system.Based on the comprehensive index weight and the evaluation results,the design strategy of outdoor communication spaces in residential areas that adapt to the development of time is proposed.Fifthly,through design practice,further verify the design strategy and optimization method of outdoor communication space in residential areas proposed in this paper.The aim of this thesis is to establish an ageing evaluation system for outdoor communication spaces in residential areas under the type of domestic retirement provision,to provide an optimization strategy with universal significance for the improvement of the aging of existing communication spaces in residential areas and the meaningful planning and design of residential areas in the future.The physical and mental health of older people and social stability and harmony provide new ideas.
