Study On Planning And Design Of Communication Space Among Houses In Xi'an Residential Areas

The communication space among houses in urban residential areas is the most often contacted by resident in daily life. It has very important significance to satisfy the resident daily communication life and promote the resident health in mind and body. The space among houses is one of the important constitutes of the whole residential areas environment. Its tenet is to create outdoor activities and communication space for resident that is safe, healthy and comfortable. Improving the environment among the residences quality, not only is beneficial to resident health in mind and body, but also is helpful to promote the resident equipment in culture, and to step up forming a healthy lifestyle. This will be the goal the paper is at.By the aid of research of urban planning and architecture, environmental psychology, environmental behavior, analyzing on the basis of inhabitant behavior investigation and studying the communication space among the residences, using the theories of outside space design, site design, sociology, environmental ecology, social research as guidance, the paper studies on planning and design of communication space among residences for urban residential area to go on the following aspects:(1) The basic research of the communication behavior and space. It analyzes from three parts: the relevant theories of the communication behavior and space, the communication behavior and the relations between the communication behavior and the space, as the theoretical foundation part of this paper.(2) The actuality investigation and analysis of the communication activities among the residences for urban residential area. Through activities investigation and space research, to find the resident demands for the communication and mistakes in design phase at present, by way of foundation and breach of the paper, to find a direction to plan the communication space among the residences.(3) Study on planning and design of the communication space among residences for urban residential area. The paper establishes design concept about value, discuss the planning design principle and method of the communication space among the residences and the interrelated problems that should be specially regarded, in order to direct the practice of the space among the residences in reality.Summarizing the paper, the planning design principle and method are brought. All sides of site design, green, pavement, facilities should be thought over. And multi-function of space, safety, interestment should be emphasized. Influencing the resident with the environment, it lets resident be healthy in mind and body and live in peace.
