Modern Application Of Southern Song Dynasty Garden Aesthetics And Techniques Under Landscape Culture

Gardens of the Southern Song Dynasty are one of the important representatives of ancient Chinese gardens.Due to the special political and landscape cultural environment in the Southern Song Dynasty,the unique aesthetic characteristics and construction skills of the Southern Song Dynasty gardens were created,which had an important impact on the development of Chinese garden culture.Due to the passage of time and historical changes,many Southern Song gardens have disappeared or been rebuilt,which limits the research and understanding of the original appearance of the gardens.At present,many scholars have conducted comprehensive research from the aspects of document records,site archeology,and existing gardens to explore the aesthetic characteristics of Southern Song gardens.However,there are still relatively few studies on the application of the aesthetic characteristics of Southern Song Dynasty gardens in modern garden design.An important aspect of the research is how to deeply explore the aesthetic characteristics and construction skills of the Southern Song gardens when they no longer exist or have been rebuilt,and how to integrate the aesthetic characteristics and construction skills of the Southern Song gardens into the design of modern gardens.And this kind of research needs to go back to the cultural status quo of the Southern Song Dynasty gardens,that is,the landscape culture to trace the source.This thesis combs the relationship between landscape culture and Southern Song gardens,traces back the formation process of Southern Song gardens,summarizes the aesthetic characteristics and construction skills of Southern Song gardens,and discusses the application of Southern Song garden craftsmen in modern garden landscape design,and in the design Demonstrate in practice.The article mainly discusses the artisans of garden construction in the Southern Song Dynasty under the background of landscape culture from three aspects.Firstly,it discusses the influence of landscape culture on Southern Song gardens,emphatically emphasizing the worship of landscape nature and the aesthetic pursuit of landscape in Southern Song gardens.Secondly,through the analysis of the gardening techniques and characteristics of the Southern Song Dynasty gardens,it reveals the uniqueness of the Southern Song Dynasty garden design,and also shows its cultural value.Finally,it analyzes the application of Southern Song garden craftsmen in modern landscape design,and deeply explores the value of Southern Song garden culture in today’s application through the design practice of Hanling Hotel landscape.Through the research and practice of the gardens of the Southern Song Dynasty,the results show that the gardens of the Southern Song Dynasty have unique values in terms of aesthetic characteristics and construction skills,which have important reference significance for modern garden landscape design.At the same time,the inheritance and development of Southern Song garden culture also played a positive role in the development and protection of Southern Song gardens.Therefore,through the research and discussion of Southern Song Dynasty gardens,we can better understand and inherit Chinese traditional culture,and provide more reference and inspiration for modern garden landscape design.
