| Jifu system is one of the political systems of pre-Qin period in China,which contained the spatial planning and governance ideas of the region,the country and even the world in ancient China.Under the background that the reform of territorial space planning is faced with practical difficulties and the local planning theory is urgently needed,it is of great significance to explore the spatial planning and governance of Jifu system based on the perspective of Territorial Spatial Planning.This paper firstly systematically combed the relevant records and commentaries of Jifu system in the ancient classics to clarify the concepts and connotations of Jifu system and the similarities and differences of various theories of Jifu system.Secondly,combined with the social and cultural background of the pre-Qin period,the paper systematically interpreted the connotation of the spatial planning and governance of Jifu system,and analyzed the influences of Jifu system in the past dynasties through longitudinal comparison,so as to construct the connection between Jifu system and the contemporary era.Thirdly,based on the important documents of Territorial Space Planning,the paper made a horizontal comparison between Jifu system and contemporary Territorial Space Planning in terms of planning and governance ideas.Then based on the theory of scale,combined political diplomacy,and took Wufu system as an example to further compare the general characteristics of Jifu system and Territorial Space Planning in terms of scale.The conclusion of this study will help to systematically understand the planning and governance connotation of Jifu system and provide a planning perspective for the interpretation of ancient Chinese political system.And through the comparison of Jifu system and Territorial Space Planning,deepen the understanding of spatial planning and governance of Jifu system,enlightening the theoretical discussion with local historical and cultural characteristics and practice of Territorial Space Planning. |
