In the field of manufacturing,the depletion of resources and the deterioration of the environment have led to the emergence of "remanufacturing" and "green manufacturing".Therefore,"green remanufacturing" has become the main trend of the remanufacturing industry.The basic principle of green manufacturing is to reduce environmental impact,pollution emissions and energy consumption while maintaining the performance of the original products.However,the remanufactured products have heterogeneity,which leads to the dynamic manufacturing process of products.This heterogeneity in the process plan will also lead to huge energy waste;Moreover,in China,there is no reasonable green remanufacturing evaluation index and quantitative system method,so it is difficult to evaluate the specific effect of product remanufacturing process.Therefore,it is urgent to study the process decision-making method to obtain the most energy-saving process plan.In this paper,the remanufacturing process and its energy consumption evaluation are studied in detail.First,analyze and study the process methods involved in the product remanufacturing process,including the process procedures and the processing equipment involved,as well as the evaluation methods for the advantages and disadvantages of the process path,and determine that different process processes and methods have a great difference in the impact on the remanufacturing energy consumption.Establish a standardized system for energy consumption evaluation,and qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the differences caused by different processes.Secondly,a comprehensive energy evaluation model for various remanufacturing processes is established,through which a series of mathematical models are established to evaluate the energy consumption at different stages of the remanufacturing process;According to the process constraints and processing sequence requirements,all remanufacturing repair schemes are reduced and integrated by using the process oriented graph,the initial remanufacturing process scheme group of waste mechanical products is designed,the process path in the model is evaluated for decision-making,and the optimal remanufacturing process scheme is selected from the perspective of energy.Finally,taking Promar Precision Engines as an example,the process constraint and processing procedure oriented graph are established,the initial remanufacturing process plan group of waste mechanical products is designed,the remanufacturing process plan decision-making method considering energy consumption is verified,and the process decision-making model is established to verify the feasibility and accuracy of this method.
