| The development of agricultural production can ensure the basic living needs of people and promote the construction of rural modernization,which is the basic guarantee of social stability.The new agricultural science research and reform practice project clearly puts forward that we should pay attention to the important role of agricultural universities and agronomy disciplines in promoting agricultural sustainable development and industrial transformation and upgrading,and pay attention to and speed up the development of agricultural and forestry education.Under the demand of this era,the discipline of Agronomy should shoulder the important task and pay more attention to cultivating high-level agricultural talents,promoting scientific research in the whole process of agricultural production and serving local agricultural development.At the same time,it should firmly grasp the new opportunity of the times and promote the development and construction of the discipline.On this basis,from the perspective of ecology,using the research methods of literature research,case study and investigation,this thesis summarizes the evolution characteristics in the development process of Agronomy,analyzes its current difficulties,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the rapid development of agronomy.First,clarify the ecological orientation of the discipline,and create an agricultural discipline with prominent advantages and distinctive characteristics by making use of special location conditions,cultivating practical talents and actively participating in the intersection of disciplines;Second,give play to the role of key factors,pay attention to the development and promotion of discipline teachers,orderly introduce and train high-level talents,create an environment conducive to talent development,and cultivate talent echelons for the development of Agronomy;Third,innovate the discipline organization ecology,improve the internal assessment and evaluation mechanism of the discipline,build an interdisciplinary organization,adjust the discipline management mode,and improve the institutional system of the development of Agronomy;Fourth,optimize the discipline ecological community,adjust the discipline layout structure and the internal discipline direction of Agronomy;Fifth,comply with the development ecology of the industry,promote the integration of discipline production and education,and actively build a platform for the transformation of scientific research achievements.At the same time,the government should also make efforts to create an environment for the transformation of scientific research achievements,and jointly explore and establish an alliance for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Colleges and universities with colleges and universities to improve the transformation and link mechanism of scientific and technological achievements in the development of agronomy. |
