Rumens is a key factor affecting ruminant food,rumen food dumping time and rumen fermentation efficiency and the lack of lactarite morphology and the complexity of the rumen system make it difficult to pass the lactopatosis and rumor.Test method for research.This paper created the geometric shape of the gourmes of goats and the midst of static goats.In this paper,firstly,the abdominal CT images of goats were obtained by Computed Tomography(CT).Based on the rumen images of goats,the rumen of goats was reconstructed by 3D reconstruction and the finite element model simulation analysis.The geometric model and finite element model of rumen of goats were established;Then the images of rumen peristalsis and chyme movement were obtained by using medical X-ray dynamic Digital Radiography(DR)combined with medical barium meal development technology,and the rules of rumen peristalsis and chyme movement were obtained by analyzing the images using computer recognition technology.The results of rumen reconstruction showed that the rumen model reconstructed in vitro had a high degree of geometric similarity with the rumen of living animals,and could clearly show the rumen lumen structure.The geometric and finite element model of the rumen could be established to describe the shape,structure and biomechanical properties of the rumen in the natural state.The results of rumen peristalsis showed that rumen movement could be divided into primary contraction and secondary contraction,and the movement of chyme in the rumen was regulated by rumen peristalsis.The rumen movement can be divided into four stages: the first stage starts from the two-phase contraction of the reticulum,which pushes the chyme into the rumen dorsal sac and the rumen dorsal caecum.Stage two and stage three is the rumen rucksacks and rumen back blind sac of systolic and diastolic together,make part of the gastric chyme return within the rumen net,at the same time push the other part of the chyme to rumen ventral sacs,the final stage four is abdominal contraction and relaxation,blind sac rumen ventral sacs and abdominal blind pouch chyme do movement back and forth,and will be part of chyme pushed back to the rumen rucksacks or blind bag back,waiting for the next cycle.The secondary contraction is mainly composed of the contraction and diastolic movement of the dorsal caecal sac and the abdominal caecal sac,which is mainly to push the chyme in the rumen ventral sac to move towards the reticulum and the rumen dorsal sac.In three rumen peristalsis tests,the average movement time of(1),(2),(3)and(4)stages in rumen reticule movement of Rams was 3.88 s,4.86 s,5.54 s and 8.5s.the average interval time was 53.79 s.The average movement time of Ewes in the stages(1),(2),(3)and(4)was 3.38 s,4.2 s,5.04 s and 13.75 s.the average interval time was 50.95 s.This study verified the feasibility of finite element method and barium meal development technology in goat rumen modeling,rumen peristalsis and chyme movement,and opened up a new way for animal tissue model construction and rumen peristalsis research,which laid a solid foundation for the development and research of flexible artificial rumen.
