| In order to explore the relationship between potato motion characteristics and the structure and working parameters of sieve,a field experiment was carried out with a new type of potato excavator.Using high-speed cameras to collect data,TEMA analysis software are used to get the potatoes in the third-order six derrick swing separation,the horizontal displacement on the screen,the height,the number of jumping,velocity and acceleration,and motion time history diagram,studies the kinematics characteristic of potato under different experiment factors change rule and the separation of screen performance index.The main research is as follows:1.The potato movement time decreased linearly with the increase of crank speed.The horizontal displacement of potato had an alternating trend of positive and negative movement.The horizontal displacement of potato showed an alternating trend of positive and negative movement.Potato jump height also gradually increased;The average jumping times of potatoes on the separation screen showed a decreasing trend.2.When the length of connecting rod increases to 1070 mm,the length of first,second and third suspender increases to 290 mm,370mm and 570 mm,respectively,the movement time of potato on the sieve increases significantly.The horizontal displacement of potato increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of potato movement time.Potato jump height from large to small;The average number of potatoes jumping on the sieve increased significantly.3.With the increase of machine speed,the movement time of potato on the sieve decreases gradually.The alternating degree of positive and negative displacement of potato in horizontal direction was gradually significant.But when the machine speed is 2.21km/h,the potato displacement in horizontal direction tends to a straight line.The jumping height of potato firstly increased and then decreased.The average number of potatoes jumping on the sieve increases gradually.4.The effects of different sieve parameters on potato percentage and peeling rate were as follows: with the increase of crank speed,potato percentage stabilized above 97%at first,then decreased to 88.65% when crank speed was 225r/min,and the peeling rate increased linearly.When the length of connecting rod is 1070 mm,the length of first,second and third suspender is 310 mm,370mm and 570 mm respectively,the potato rate is90.05%,but the broken skin rate is lower on average.With the increase of machine speed,the potato rate remained above 96%,while the breaking rate showed a decreasing trend.5.Using SPSS data analysis software,the correlation between the performance index of sieve and the kinematic characteristic parameters of potato was obtained under different crank speed,combined length of connecting rod and suspender and machine speed.There was a significant correlation between potato peeling rate and kinematic characteristics at five levels of crank speed.There was a significant correlation between potato percentage and movement time,jumping frequency,speed and acceleration at 5 levels of combined length of connecting rod and hanger rod.At the five levels of machine speed,there was no significant correlation between the rate of bright potato,the rate of peeling and the kinematic characteristics of potato. |
