With the proposal of potato staple food strategy,potato has gradually changed from food crop to the fourth largest staple food crop.As an important potato producing area in the north,Heilongjiang Province has attracted extensive attention because of its large potato planting area and high yield.At present,the potato industry in Heilongjiang Province is mostly carried out by human and animal resources.It is damaged by human factors in the process of harvesting potato and soil separation,which seriously reduces the output benefit of potato.On the basis of ensuring the quality of potato soil separation,a potato harvesting device which can reduce the damage effect is developed.The vibration frequency,linear speed of lifting chain and inclination angle of shaking wheel in the device are optimized.The damage area and damage depth of potato are taken as the experimental evaluation indexes to improve the potato harvesting quality.In this paper,the physical characteristics of "Yanshu No.4" potato and planting soil were studied.The bulk density and moisture content of potato planting soil were measured by ring knife method and drying method respectively;The basic physical parameters of potato were measured by coordinate measuring instrument,and the elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of potato were measured and calculated by universal pressure testing machine..It provides a theoretical basis for the design of main working parts.Complete the overall scheme design of potato soil separation test platform,complete the design of lifting chain in combination with the measured three-axis size of potato,complete the design of adding shaking wheel under the secondary lifting chain in combination with the measured soil characteristics,and complete the design of inclined angle of lifting chain and adding potato baffle on the secondary lifting chain through the force analysis of potato on the chain surface,Use Solid Works2016 to complete the three-dimensional modeling of the test platform and the preparation before construction,and process and trial produce the test platform in proportion.The bench test was carried out on the trial potato soil separation test platform.The linear speed of lifting chain,inclination angle and vibration frequency of shaking wheel were taken as the influencing factors,and the damage rate of separated potato was taken as the test index.The quadratic regression rotation combination test method was used to carry out the test research,and the test results were analyzed,The significant effects of various experimental factors on the experimental indexes were obtained,and the best parameter combination was obtained,so as to improve the operation quality of potato harvesting operation.
