| Forest fire prevention is an important part of China’s disaster prevention and mitigation work,and is an important part of the construction of the national public emergency response system,and the capacity building of forest fire control is directly related to the forest fire prevention and control capacity.Through research,analysis and research of forest fire protection teams,forest ranger teams,fire prevention material reserves,forest fire remote video surveillance,forest fire prevention roads,forest fire prevention belts and other data of various counties and districts of Nanchang,this paper comprehensively and objectively analyzes the forest fire control capacity of Nanchang,comprehensively evaluates the forest fire control capacity of various counties and districts in Nanchang,finds out the gaps in forest fire control capacity in each county and district,identifies shortcomings and existing problems,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for measuring and reflecting forest fire disaster reduction capacity.So far,there have been few theoretical studies on the forest fire control capacity of Nanchang,and there are few related research journals.This study provides strong theoretical and practical research support for the establishment of an efficient,capable,sensitive and coordinated forest fire prevention and control operation system in Nanchang.This thesis uses the forest fire risk survey data of Nanchang City,selects the data of forest fire disaster reduction capacity and historical forest fire occurrence in Nanchang,and uses AHP analytic hierarchy method and fuzzy mathematical evaluation method to determine the weight score of various forest fire disaster reduction ability factors and historical forest fire occurrence scores through the scoring of 20 experts.Combined with the data of forest fire disaster reduction capacity and historical forest fire occurrence index data of various counties and districts of Nanchang City,the expert scoring method was used to determine the factor weights of the forest fire control ability evaluation model,and the evaluation results of AHP analytic hierarchy method and fuzzy mathematical analysis method were calculated and evaluated according to the proportion of 60% and 40%.The scores of forest fire control capacity evaluation results of each county and district of Nanchang were comprehensively obtained,and the ranking evaluation was carried out.Specific results:(1)The forest fire control capacity of Nanchang City is generally good.AHP analytic hierarchy method and fuzzy mathematical analysis method were used to evaluate the factors of forest fire control ability in each county in Nanchang City,and the results and rankings of each county were obtained.(2)There is a large gap in forest fire control capacity in Nanchang City,county and district.There is a two-level differentiation of forest fire control capacity between counties and districts in Nanchang,and Xinjian District,Jinxian County and Anyi County are far better than Nanchang County,Honggutan District and Qingshan Lake District.From the perspective of comprehensive score,the difference between county distinctions is more than 18 points,and the gap is more obvious.(3)There is a large gap between forest fire control factors in Nanchang.The city’s forest fire control capacity is generally good,but the score gap between various control factors is large,and Nanchang needs to be further strengthened in forest fire prevention and extinguishing work.This study reveals the current situation of forest fire control in Nanchang,takes the problem of evaluation factors as the starting point for analysis,supplements and improves the research on forest fire control capacity building in Nanchang,and provides a new perspective for the research on forest fire control capacity building in Nanchang. |
