Research On The Government Management Of The Development Of Aquatic Products Cold Chain Logistics In China

Due to the improvement of human life,the demand for food quality is also getting higher and higher.Aquatic products need to be transported and stored by refrigerated chain logistics because of their corrosiveness.China has the world’s largest perishable food production capacity and consumption,and it is growing fast.Aquatic products,the most crucial part of perishable food,have become the main pillar of the country’s economic development.With the development of Chinese economy and the change of people’s consumption habits,the popularity of aquatic products in coastal areas has been greatly improved,but the demand of consumers in inland cities for aquatic products is also increasing rapidly.In order to meet consumers’ requirements for food safety,freshness and nutritional value,the development of cold chain logistics of aquatic products is becoming more and more important.With the development of Marine economy and the implementation of the concept of big food,the development of cold chain logistics of aquatic products is becoming more and more important.It will not only help to promote the development of aquatic products economy,but also provide strong support for the development of domestic economy.Therefore,in order to maintain the sustainable,stable and benign development of cold chain logistics transportation of aquatic products,it is necessary to analyze from many aspects and put forward effective countermeasures.This paper aims to deeply explore the development status of aquatic products refrigerated chain logistics in China,and put forward effective countermeasures from the perspective of government department management,in order to solve the existing problems and causes.To this end,this paper will learn from the management experience of Japanese,European and other countries and local government departments,further improve the relevant legislation,give full play to the role of government departments,strengthen the soft and hard strength,in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of China’s aquatic products refrigerated chain logistics.In this paper,the development status of cold chain logistics of aquatic products in China is summarized,and the problems of government management are discussed in depth.In addition,this paper also collected some foreign related literature,in order to further analyze and summarize these problems.
