The rural water supply project is a benefit project to ensure the people’s livelihood,win the hearts and minds of the people,and maintan steady growth.It is an important part of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Relevant documents of the central government emphasized that the operation management and service level of rural water supply projects should be improved to ensure that rural residents have more sense of gain,happiness and security in the process of joint construction and sharing development.On the basis of combining the market-oriented operation of town level water supply enterprises and ensuring the equal access of low-income people,the research framework and content are determined by taking S Town Waterworks as the research object,combing the theoretical knowledge of customer satisfaction improvement,and analyzing the domestic and foreign literature on customer satisfaction improvement of some urban water supply enterprises and other monopoly industry enterprises.In combination with field interviews and questionnaires,describe the current situation of customer relationship and customer satisfaction of the water plant,and understand and explain the causes of customer dissatisfaction.On the basis of analyzing the macro and micro environment of the marketing of S Town Waterworks,this paper puts forward specific improvement strategies and safeguard measures to improve the customer relationship management of S Town Waterworks,cultivate people’s confidence and habit of using S Town’s tap water,so as to maintain and increase the value of enterprise assets and ensure the benefits.
