Talent and science and technology are the keys to fully realize rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization, and deepening the reform of talent cultivation mode is the key to the construction of new agricultural science.Since the construction of new agricultural science was started, universities related to agriculture have been exploring and promoting the reform of talent cultivation mode.Collaborative education is an important direction of talent cultivation mode reform.Through the collaboration of multiple subjects inside and outside, linking and sharing high-quality resources, breaking the barriers between traditional disciplines, promoting interdisciplinary cross-fertilization,enabling students to better master interdisciplinary knowledge and skills, and improving comprehensive quality and competitiveness. It not only echoes the goal of strengthening the collaborative education of agriculture, science and education in the context of "new agriculture",but also can explore the problems in the collaborative education of agricultural colleges and universities, improve the quality of talent training in agricultural colleges and universities, adapt to the new requirements of society for talents, and better serve the development of local economy and industry. It can also improve the quality of talent cultivation in agricultural colleges and universities, meet the new requirements of society for talents, and better serve the local economic and industrial development. This study analyzes the current situation of collaborative education model in agricultural colleges and universities from the perspective of collaborative education and the construction of "new agricultural science",and proposes strategies for optimization and improvement. The research adopts literature research method, questionnaire survey method and quantitative research method.Firstly, the concepts of "new agricultural science",agricultural colleges and universities and collaborative education are defined, and the theory of collaboration,Foster’s theory of "industry-university cooperation",the theory of internal and external relations of higher education and the theory of stakeholders are selected as the theoretical basis for the study and analysis of the collaborative education model of agricultural colleges and universities. The theoretical foundation of the collaborative education model in agricultural colleges and universities was selected.Secondly, through the textual analysis of talent cultivation programs of six sample majors in N university and the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of teachers and students, the problems of collaborative education mode in N university are pointed out:(1)in terms of cultivation objectives, the degree of introduction of external cultivation subjects in N university needs to be improved, the local characteristics are not obvious, and the regional talent cultivation needs are not reflected;(2)in terms of cultivation process, the professional settings in N university lack interdisciplinary(2)in terms of cultivation process,N schools lack interdisciplinary integration, interdisciplinary curriculum content needs to be enriched, interdisciplinary academic exchange platform needs to be built, teaching methods are not diversified enough, and case study teaching methods are relatively lacking;(3)in terms of support conditions,N schools do not have enough teaching conditions, and practical teaching platform still needs to be improved;(4)in terms of quality evaluation,N schools’ diversified assessment methods need to be improved, and external evaluation subjects are relatively less involved.Thirdly, the study lists the experience of talent cultivation planning and optimization of high-level agricultural universities at home and abroad and extracts the key points of revelation. Finally, from four dimensions of cultivation goal, cultivation process, supporting conditions and quality evaluation, countermeasure suggestions for optimizing collaborative cultivation mode of agricultural universities are proposed. In terms of cultivation goals, firstly, the new requirements for talent cultivation goals put forward by the construction of "new agricultural science" should be taken as the guide, and the cultivation orientation should be clarified.Secondly,we should introduce multiple subjects to participate in the formulation of cultivation objectives;in the cultivation process, firstly,we should cultivate new agriculture-related disciplines.Second,to strengthen the construction of interdisciplinary agriculture and forestry curriculum system, and third,to build a characteristic practice system of agriculture;in terms of supporting conditions, first,to insist on introducing and nurturing at the same time,to build a diversified faculty, second,to strengthen the cooperation of agriculture and forestry personnel training,to strengthen the construction of practical training, and third,to optimize the allocation of teaching resources and strengthen the construction of teaching conditions;in terms of quality evaluation, first,to diversify the evaluation methods, second,to diversify the evaluation subjects, and third,to In terms of quality evaluation, first, diversification of evaluation methods, second, diversification of evaluation subjects, and third, effectiveness of evaluation results. The innovations of this paper: First,in terms of research method, the questionnaire survey analysis is integrated with the text analysis of the sample professional training program to enhance the persuasive power.Secondly,in terms of research perspective, previous studies have more often studied collaborative cultivation from the perspective of subject synergy, while this study analyzes from three aspects: subject synergy, discipline synergy and teaching element synergy, which can analyze the problem in a more comprehensive way.
