Study On Influencing Factors Of Citrus Planting Adopts Green Prevention And Control Technology Of Diseases And Insect Pests

Xinping Yi and Dai Autonomous County is located in the west-central part of Yunnan Province,with a long history of citrus cultivation and rapid development of the industry,and its products are well-known throughout the country.As a demonstration county of "one county,one industry" in Yunnan Province,it has responded positively to the requirements for green development of agriculture in Document No.1 of the Central Government in 2023.After years of exploration and improvement,the means of pest prevention and control technology is gradually approaching the goal of "environment-friendly".It is found that the adoption of green pest prevention and control technology by farmers in the process of local citrus cultivation does not involve a wide range,and it is difficult for the government to promote the green technology,which is not conducive to the development of local green agriculture and ecological environmental protection.Therefore,based on the above problems,this paper selected four administrative villages(communities)in Gasa Town,Xinping County to conduct an in-depth survey,using interviews,questionnaires,literature analysis and other social survey methods,and conducted a study on the influence factors of citrus growers on the application of green pest prevention and control technology,the main influencing factors involve knowledge awareness,skill mastery,attitude awareness,prevention and control costs,prevention and control effects and other aspects.Through statistical and qualitative analysis,the results showed that: 1.green pest prevention and control technologies are commonly applied in local enterprises,but the application degree of common farmers is low;2.whether to apply or the application degree is influenced by the government,enterprises and farmers;3.farmers’ knowledge perception,skill mastery,attitude perception,resource possession and access ability have different effects on technology adoption behavior.Among them,the cost and benefit of technology adoption and the actual control effect of farmers have the deepest influence;4.The extension mechanism of the government and the competence of extension personnel profoundly affect whether farmers adopt green prevention and control technology;5.The macro context of agricultural environment,economic policy,scientific and technological development,and industrial upgrading are also factors that affect whether technology adoption behavior is generated.This study explores the factors influencing the adoption of green pest control technology in citrus cultivation from the local reality,divides the main influencing factors,and proposes reasonable countermeasures for the government,farmers,and agricultural enterprise level research institutions to achieve the expectation of universal adoption of green pest control technology,which is of practical significance for promoting the prosperous and sustainable development of the local citrus industry,increasing farmers’ income,and achieving environmental protection,etc.It is of practical significance.
