| Objective: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the method of invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm in the treatment of microvascular angina pectoris of qi deficiency and phlegm obstruction,to explore the clinical value of the method of invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm in the treatment of microvascular angina pectoris of qi deficiency and phlegm obstruction,to improve the quality of life of patients with microvascular angina pectoris of qi deficiency and phlegm obstruction, and to explore a new idea for the treatment of microvascular angina pectoris with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Content: In clinical practice,it has been found that some patients with angina pectoris have not yet appeared coronary artery stenosis, and about 60% of them have symptoms of chest tightness and pain, general fatigue, and cloudy tongue coating. In order to improve the clinical symptoms of these patients and improve their quality of life, this study recruited patients with microvascular angina pectoris of qi deficiency and phlegm obstruction in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to try to reduce the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and angina pectoris, and improve the related laboratory indicators of patients. In order to ensure the effectiveness and feasibility of the research,we first made a deep understanding of microvascular angina pectoris from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. We found that in recent years, the research on the disease from spleen and stomach increased significantly, and we further explored the related theories of heart and spleen. Finally, the subject of " Clinical Study of Invigorating Spleen and Eliminating Phlegm in the Treatment of Microvascular Angina Pectoris with Qi Deficiency and Phlegm Obstruction" is proposed, aiming to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the method of invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm in the treatment of microvascular angina pectoris of qi deficiency and phlegm obstruction, and to compare the differences between integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy and simple western medicine therapy in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide a new scheme for the clinical treatment of such patients. It also opens up new ideas for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Methods: A total of 68 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was additionally treated with the tutor’s self-made prescription of invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm. The intervention time was 4 weeks. The therapeutic indexes(TCM syndrome score, angina score,low-density lipoprotein level,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level, electrocardiogram efficacy,36-item short form health survey score)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the changes of patient safety indexes(body temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver function, kidney function)were observed. To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the method of invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm in the treatment of microvascular angina pectoris of qi deficiency and phlegm obstruction.Results:1.Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in gender, age, course of disease, efficacy indicators(TCM syndrome score, angina score,low-density lipoprotein level,high-sensitivity Creactive protein level,36-item short form health survey score)between the two groups(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.The TCM syndrome score, angina score,low-density lipoprotein level and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the control group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical health dimension and mental health dimension of 36-item short form health survey after treatment in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment, and those in the control group after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison between the two groups after treatment: the TCM syndrome score, angina pectoris score,low-density lipoprotein level and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The effective rate of electrocardiogram, physiological health dimension scores and mental health dimension scores of 36-item Short form health survey in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.During the treatment, there were no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion: The effect of the method of invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm combined with western medicine in the treatment of microvascular angina pectoris of qi deficiency and phlegm obstruction is significant, which can improve the patients’ TCM symptoms, angina pectoris symptoms, blood lipid levels, myocardial ischemia, and can also reduce the inflammatory response of the patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and the drug safety is good. |
