| The Jiyang Kecai Committee of Fujian Province is the first clan organization approved by the government in the province.As an export-oriented Overseas Chinese clan organization with the main purpose of contacting overseas clansmen,since its establishment in 1995,the committee has actively promoted and expanded conference affairs,improved the organizational structure,mobilized clansmen to donate to build club buildings,and promoted the establishment of subordinate branches.,integrated into the world Ke Cai clan network,and gradually played an important role in it,serving the needs of clan clans and countries at home and abroad.During this process,the status of the committee itself has also changed,and it has gradually become a pivotal member of the world Ke Cai clan organization network.In addition to the introduction and conclusion of the first and last chapters,the main content of this paper is divided into four chapters.Chapter 2 "Establishment and Operation of Ke Cai Committee in Jiyang,Fujian Province" systematically sorts out the background,process,organizational structure and evolution of the committee’s establishment,as well as its organizational functions and conference affairs;Network Construction” specifically examines the committee’s subordinate branch network,the relationship between subordinate branches and the committee,and the subordinate branch’s foreign exchange activities under the framework of the committee’s transnational network;"Embedding and Interaction" took the Philippines Jiyang Ke Cai Clan Association and the World Ke Cai Clan Association as the interactive objects,and discussed the process of establishing contact between the committee and overseas Ke Cai Clan Associations and the evolution and role of its status in the world Ke Cai Clan Association;fifth The chapter "Interaction between the Jiyang Ke Cai Committee of Fujian Province and the State" discusses the interaction between the committee and the governments at all levels and the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese during the development of the committee’s business affairs.Research shows that the Jiyang Ke Cai Committee of Fujian Province came into being in the background that the country urgently needed overseas Chinese to participate in the construction of the ancestral(home)country,and responded to the needs of the country at any time,playing a special and important role in the clan organization in the local society of overseas Chinese;In the interaction with the state,it has also continuously gained momentum for development.The establishment of the committee’s leadership in the global network of Ke Cai clan organizations is inseparable from the strength of the state. |
