With the development of the times,people pay more and more attention to subjective well-being.Most of the previous studies take college students,teachers and employees as the research objects to analyze the relationship between their subjective well-being and other variables,while there are few studies on the mechanism between self-efficacy and subjective well-being.Young professional women are at childbearing age,facing multiple pressures from work and family.It is of great practical significance to explore the relationship between work-family balance and subjective well-being.This paper takes young professional women as the object,and deeply studies the mechanism of work-family balance and its dimensions between self-efficacy and subjective well-being,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical reference value for improving the subjective well-being of young professional women.In this study,’ General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)’,’ Work-Family Balance Scale ’ and ’ General Well-Being Schedule(GWB)’ were used as research tools,and509 young professional women aged 18 to 45 were selected as research objects.AMOS23.0 and SPSS26.0 software were used to analyze and process the data by confirmatory factor analysis,descriptive analysis,Pearson correlation,regression analysis,path analysis,intermediary effect analysis and other methods,and the following research results were obtained :(1)Young professional women ’s self-efficacy,subjective well-being and work-family balance are at a medium level.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy,subjective well-being and work-family balance.(3)Self-efficacy has a direct predictive effect on subjective well-being.Self-efficacy has a significant positive predictive effect on work-family balance;self-efficacy has a significant positive predictive effect on work promoting family and family promoting work.Self-efficacy has a significant negative predictive effect on work against family and family against work.Work-family balance has a significant positive predictive effect on subjective well-being;work promotes family,family promotes work has a significant positive predictive effect on subjective well-being;work against family and family against work have a significant negative predictive effect on subjective well-being.(4)Self-efficacy has an indirect effect on subjective well-being.Work-family balance,work-to-family,family-to-work,and family-to-work all play a partial mediating role in the impact of self-efficacy on subjective well-being.The mediating effect of work violation family on self-efficacy and subjective well-being is not significant.
