Demand-oriented Research On Public Cultural Supply In Lianjiang County

With the development of economy and society and the continuous improvement of material living standards,people’s yearning for a better life contains more spiritual and cultural needs,improving public cultural services is an important way to meet the cultural needs of the masses.Lianjiang County is located on the southeast coast of Fujian Province,through the creation of the third batch of national public cultural service system demonstration zones,the level of public cultural supply has been greatly improved,however,with the diversification and multi-level public cultural needs of the masses,there are still contradictions such as low matching degree of public cultural supply and demand.This article takes Lianjiang County as a case,taking the public cultural needs of the masses as the breakthrough point,study the public cultural supply of Lianjiang County.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part.It explains the basis of the thesis selection by introducing the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign related research reviews,determines the research content,research ideas and research methods,and points out the innovations and deficiencies of this research.The second chapter is the definition of concepts and the foundation of ideas related to this research.It focuses on explaining the concepts related to public cultural services,public cultural needs,and county-level public cultural supply,sort out the relevant theoretical foundations of the supply-demand balance theory,the multi-center governance theory,and Xi Jinping’s cultural view on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era that play a guiding role in this research.The third chapter is to investigate and analyze the supply of public culture in Lianjiang County.This part first introduces the situation of Lianjiang County and the basic situation of public cultural services,then,through visits,investigations and data collection,it summarizes the public cultural supply in Lianjiang County in recent years in terms of public cultural infrastructure construction,public cultural activities and services,public cultural talent team construction,and public cultural government funding.The fourth chapter is a questionnaire survey and data analysis of the public cultural needs of Lianjiang County.This part uses the questionnaire survey method,to design,analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire on public cultural needs.Use SPSS23.0 software to perform statistical analysis on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey,thus,the public cultural demand perception,demand satisfaction,demand expression and demand suggestions of the people in Lianjiang County can be obtained.The fifth chapter analyzes the problems and their reasons in the supply of public culture in Lianjiang County.This part is based on the above survey of public cultural demand and supply status,summarize the problems of Lianjiang County in the supply of public culture such as poor matching of public cultural supply and demand,weak talent team,insufficient supporting funds,poor two-way communication,and single supply subject,and in-depth exploration of the cause of the problem.Chapter VI proposes strategies for improving public cultural supply in Lianjiang County.This part is the core of the full text research,in response to the aforementioned problems and their causes in the supply of public culture in Lianjiang County,Respectively propose strategies to improve the supply of public culture in terms of building a precise supply-demand docking mechanism,strengthening the construction of talent teams,broadening the ways of capital investment,unblocking two-way communication channels,and building a "one main multiuariate" supply system.
