With the deepening of quality education,the problem of mental health education for primary school students has attracted much attention,and the mental health education in schools has received more and more attention.Positive psychology will have a great impact on the study and life of primary school students,and is also of great significance to shaping students’ outlook on life and world outlook.However,due to the limitations of geographical location,economic situation,family environment and teachers,the development of mental health education curriculum teaching in rural primary schools is superficial and superficial.In rural and township areas,parents have a low level of cultural knowledge,parents go out to work,and there are more left-behind children.Parents cannot pay attention to their children’s mental health problems in time.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the mental health education in township primary schools.This study was based on a township primary school in xx County,Select the two classes as the test classes,One class is for the experimental group,The other class was in the control group,For the control group,Teach the infiltration mental health teaching plan of the experimental group and class,Using the content of the "story time" module to infiltrate the mental health education into the English classroom teaching,Establishing the mental health education topics related to this topic in the teaching content,Design of related mental health education activities,At the same time,the implementation of the penetration process is analyzed,And the use of questionnaire survey method,field survey method,interview method and experimental method for teaching intervention research.The effect of infiltration teaching was studied through the results of questionnaire and interview and feedback.Through the experimental data analysis,the study is discussed and analyzed as follows:(1)The penetration of positive mental health education into the English "story time" module is feasible.In the form of subject infiltration,it can influence students subtly,not only achieve teaching goals but also improve students’ positive mental health.(2)The penetration of mental health education in English subjects can effectively promote the development of students’ positive psychological quality.Through a semester of classroom penetration teaching,students’ positive psychological quality has been significantly improved in all dimensions,especially the dimension of wisdom and knowledge,and the transcendent dimension.(3)The English "story time" module contains rich resources of positive mental health education resources.It can be used to select teaching materials and design teaching activities,and guide students to make sharing lists and group cooperation to integrate positive mental health education into teaching.
