Research On The Integrated Development Of Cultural Industry And Tourism Industry In Foshan City

In 2018,the Ministry of Culture and Tourism was formally established,and in the national "14th Five-Year Plan" cultural tourism development plan,the important goal of the integrated development of the cultural tourism industry is to achieve the double growth of the output value of the cultural industry and the output value of the tourism industry.In 2022,adhering to the principle of "shaping tourism with culture and highlighting culture with tourism,and promoting the in-depth integration and development of culture and tourism" is the latest development policy proposed by the20 th National Congress.These not only point out the direction of efforts for the integration of culture and tourism,but also are a powerful driving force for the integration and development of culture and tourism,prompting all localities to actively promote the in-depth integration of the cultural industry and the tourism industry in a wider scope,deeper and higher level.Under the guidance of industrial correlation theory and industrial integration theory,this paper analyzes the relationship between Foshan cultural industry and tourism industry by studying the respective development levels of Foshan cultural industry and tourism industry,and obtains the integration and development status of Foshan cultural industry and tourism industry through the results of integration and coordination measurement.Based on the principles of scientificity,feasibility and objectivity,this paper collates and analyzes the statistical yearbook data of Foshan from 2012 to 2021 and the relevant data in the statistical bulletin issued by the government during this period,and extracts a total of 23 indicators of cultural industry and tourism industry required for this study.The indicators were normalized to the ranges,and then the entropy method was used to calculate the weights and give them corresponding weights,and finally the coupling coordination model was substituted to complete the analysis.The results show that Foshan was culturally lagging from 2012 to 2018,and tourism lagging from 2019 to 2021,and the development level of cultural industry and tourism industry was uneven.From 2012 to 2021,the integrated development of the cultural industry and the tourism industry was only a run-in stage of integrated development.In 2019,the coupling and coordination degree between the two reached 0.612955,representing that the integration of Foshan’s cultural industry and tourism industry has entered the primary coordination level.However,in2020-2021,the development trend showed a decline.This means that during the new crown epidemic period and after the epidemic ends,Foshan still faces a new round of challenges to achieve the goal of deep integration and development of the cultural industry and tourism industry.Finally,this paper provides direction for the integrated development of Foshan’s cultural industry and tourism industry from the perspective of the optimization of the structure of cultural industry and tourism industry,the building of Foshan’s own cultural tourism industry brand,the increase of cultural tourism publicity and marketing,and the construction of Foshan’s cultural and tourism composite talent system,and provides strategic suggestions for promoting the in-depth integration and development of Foshan’s cultural industry and tourism industry,which can provide certain help on Foshan’s road to building a culture-oriented city.
