| This study is about how to design the nature education site for children in urban green land by combining the design with children’s nature education need,which can leverage the advantage of urban green space,expand the function of it,alleviate the situation regarding children’s losing touching of nature,and promote the healthy development of urban green space.This article defines the concept of nature education field for children in urban green land by theoretical research of the its design.Meanwhile,referring to relevant worldwide theoretical studies and excellent cases,the requirements of nature education site are listed according to different types of sites and educational activities,so to summarise the design strategy for nature education site for children.Based on the survey results and relevant theoretical analysis,the factors affecting the design of children’s nature education site in urban green space are determined.Utilising the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish the suitability model and evaluation criteria of nature education in urban green space can provide help on coming up with the design methods such as the principle of design,the way of application and expression and so on.In order to put the theory and methods summarised into practice,they are applied to the project of designing children’s natural education site in Jinniu District,Chengdu.This project is guided by the theory of research and design of children’s natural education site in urban green space,to assure the feasibility and rationality.It is expected to positively contribute to children’s nature education and the development of urban green space,and to provide certain reference for the design of children’s nature education sites in urban green space. |
