| Objectives:The property of Chinese materia medica is an important component of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.How to use the modern research method based on "substance" to interpret the property of Chinese materia medica around "Qi,Yin-Yang and the five elements"is the situation that will be encountered in the current research,which requires researchers to focus on the connotation of the property of Chinese materia medica and explore the possible new perspective for understanding and practicing.This study based on the question "What is the property of Chinese materia medica?",this paper expounds the nature of the relationship in property of medicine and attempts to construct the relational perspective and related research tools for the property of Chinese materia medica,and verifies the feasibility through the "salinecold" property of Shuizhi-Dilong recipe used in cerebral ischemia,in order to supplement the"relationship reality" material view and provide new ideas and methods for the current study in property of Chinese materia medica.Content:1.Theoretical part.This part mainly discusses the question "What is the property of Chinese materia medica?" whether can be answered.By clarifying the "meta-problem" of the property of Chinese materia medica research,this paper expounds the answer to the question and the nature of the relationship in property of medicine,which provides theoretical support for the research of instrumental part and experimental part.2.Instrumental part.This part mainly discusses how to answer "What is the property of Chinese materia medica?" Based on the nature of the relationship in property of medicine,the relational perspective and related research tools were established.At the same time,some concepts of traditional Chinese medicine theory were considered under the relational perspective to provide tools for experimental part.3.Experimental part.This part mainly discusses what kind of answer the question may get according to the result from theoretical part and instrumental part.The changes of some proteins in MAPK/JNK and PI3K/AKT signaling pathways were used to characterize the "saline-cold"property of Shuizhi-Dilong recipe,and the experimental thinking and analysis framework of the study of property of Chinese materia medica under the relational perspective were used as a proof of the feasibility of relational perspective.Methods:1.The theoretical part and instrumentalpart mainly reviewed and sorted out the contemporary literature on the property of Chinese materia medica,the possible development direction was analyzed from the hypothesis and logic,and this study provided theoretical support for the construction of a new research perspective.2.The experimental part mainly use experimental research.Pharmacodynamic experiment:SPF male SD rats were divided into sham,model,model+high-dose(2.88 g/kg),model+medium-dose(1.44 g/kg),model+low-dose(0.72 g/kg)and model+positive drug(ginkgo biloba extract tablets).The models were modeled by MCAO.Neurological deficits score was performed 12 h after modeling.TTC staining was used to calculate the volume of cerebral infarction and determine the optimal dose.Protein experiment:according to body mass of experimental animals,SPF male SD rats were divided into 3 batches(6 h,12 h and 24 h),and each batch was divided into sham,model,model+optimal dose and model+overdose.The models were modeled by MCAO.Neurological deficits score were performed for the 6 h,12 h and 24 h after modeling.Cortical tissues of the affected side of the brain were taken,and the relative expression levels of MEK,JNK,PI3K,AKT,mTORCl and IKK were detected by Western Blot.Relational perspective analysis:protein experimental data were analyzed according to the results of theoretical and instrumental parts.Results:1.Theoretical part."What is the properly of Chinese materia medica?" can be regarded as the "meta-problem" of the property of Chinese materia medica research,which needs to be answered by "returning to the phenomenon itself" and "basing on the present",and current research answers this question with "substance".Property of medicine have the nature of the relationship,and the property of medicine is the relationship between disease and medicine.Translated by traditional Chinese medicine theory,property(Yao Xing)and efficacy(Gong Xiao)are differentiated from the broad and narrow understandings of diseases.The current cognition of diseases and medicines in traditional Chinese medicine is based on the new ontological thought of "substance".This points to why current research answered with"substance",and illustrates the question "What is the property of Chinese materia medica?" is answerable.2.Instrumental part.Rather than "understand the existence of relations between things",it is more important to "understand the things exist in relation".According to the current"substantive reality" material view to "relationship reality" material view,this study constructs a relational perspective,and the contents of traditional Chinese medicine can be understood through the basic definition and supplementary explanation of the relational perspective.According to this,this study attempted to construct the study of the property of Chinese materia medica under the relational perspective,including experimental research tools:sensory quantification and the "inheritance" hypothesis of detection objects.This part further explains how to answer "What is the property of Chinese materia medica?" under "relationship reality"material view.3.Experimental part.Based on the study of the property of Chinese materia medica under relational perspective,the idea of prophylactic administration experiment and position reciprocity was formed.The pharmacodynamic experiment determined that 1.44 g/kg was the optimal dose.In the protein experiment,the relative expression levels of MEK,JNK,PI3K,AKT,mTORC1 and IKK at 6 h,12 h and 24 h after modeling were obtained.The "inheritance"graph showed that the optimal dose group was different from the model group and the overdose group,which described the "saline-cold" property under the relational perspective,preliminary proving the feasibility of the relational perspective and related research tools in the experimental level.It also shows how can "What is the property of Chinese materia medica?"be answered under relational perspective.Conclusion:This study provides a method for interpret the property of Chinese materia medica by modern research method,expounds the path to answer the "meta-question" and the nature of the relationship in property of medicine.This study preliminarily proved the feasibility of the research of the property of Chinese materia medica under relational perspective,as a supplement to the current research. |
