| Minority villages in southern Hunan are not only very high-quality cultural and tourism resources, but also a strong support for the high-quality development of agricultural and rural areas in southern Hunan. In recent years, the vast majority of ethnic minority villages in southern Hunan have been effectively protected, and some have even become extremely important cultural capital to boost rural revitalization and local economic and social development.Through the "active protection, activation and utilization" of cultural heritage and the combination of tourism development,Jiangyong Gou Lan Yao village has become a tourism hotspot. The survey shows that the main difficulties in the protection and development of ethnic minority villages in southern Hunan lie in: first, the ethnic characteristics are not prominent enough and the differentiation is not obvious;Second, the living conditions in the villages are poor and the quality of life is not high;Third, the available cultural and tourism resources are limited, and the revisit rate of tourists is low;Fourth, the inheritance of ethnic culture is weak and the living state is not significant enough. These problems can also be found in Jiangyong Gou Lanyao village.Under the current planning target index system, according to the survey data of authoritative institutions and field data, the evaluation of 31 indicators in five categories: economic development, people’s life, ethnic culture, livelihood undertakings and ethnic unity shows that Gou Lan yaozhai has not only basically achieved the planning goal of the 13 th five year plan for the protection and development of minority characteristic villages and towns in Hunan Province, but also explored a community led tourism poverty alleviation development model,It has produced positive results and formed the "Gou Lanyao model".However, the limitations of the existing model of Gou Lan Yao village are also prominent: first, the protection of the authenticity of Yao culture is facing challenges;Second, the overall protection of yaozhai environment is in trouble;Third, the mechanism of interest distribution causes disputes;Fourth, the conditions for large-scale development of characteristic agriculture are limited. In fact, from the perspective of the original nature of the natural environment, the original ecology of local buildings, the living inheritance of intangible cultural heritage customs and other advantages, the construction of an ecological museum and the promotion of the establishment of a cultural and tourism integration development model in Gou Lan Yao village is not only feasible, but also may alleviate or even eliminate the above problems to some extent. In order to achieve high-quality development,Gou Lan Yao village should promote the protection of cultural heritage, the development of characteristic industries and the integration of culture and tourism. For the former, the protection and renewal of its material cultural heritage,on the one hand, the overall protection based on construction guidance, the style protection based on environmental renovation, and the heritage protection based on industrial development; On the other hand, the rescue priority and gradual organic renewal, the continuation of the style and the continuous improvement of the village infrastructure, the activation and utilization and the reasonable continuation and transformation of the heritage function. For the middle, first,we should develop characteristic agriculture, expand the effect of origin, and expand and strengthen the brands of flue-cured tobacco, summer orange, grapefruit and other advantageous agricultural products; The second is to rely on process resources to establish characteristic workshops;Third, develop folk culture and creation, and create characteristic service industries, such as folk performance and folk education bases. For the latter,we should frame the type of tourism development and protect the original ecological culture;Build a cluster tourism industry to avoid tourism becoming an isolated island; The informatization of tourism services will enhance the sense of tourism experience. |
