| Based on the speech act theory,this paper takes the three sets of teaching materials of New Silk Road Business Chinese,win in China and economic and trade negotiation ABC as the research object,investigates the application of gratitude speech acts in the three sets of teaching materials,and makes classified statistics on the number,type,frequency and background of gratitude speech acts in the teaching materials.This paper analyzes the forms of direct thanks,indirect thanks and combined thanks in the speech acts of thanks in business Chinese textbooks,investigates the social power factors,social distance factors and the difficulty factors of things that affect the use of Chinese thanks,and counts the expressions of thanks,politeness The pragmatic functions of expressing irony and the pragmatic strategies of gratitude include expressing benefits,praising favors,providing rewards and paying attention to damage.The pragmatic competence of gratitude speech acts of foreign students in China is investigated and analyzed.Based on the investigation results of the classification,use factors,pragmatic functions and pragmatic environment of gratitude speech acts,it is found that there are some problems in the compilation and teaching of gratitude speech acts in business Chinese Textbooks:In the three sets of teaching materials,there are some problems in the arrangement of pragmatic strategies of expressing benefits,praising favoring behavior,providing reward,paying attention to damaged gratitude and gratitude response strategies of expressing gratitude,declining and sarcasm,such as uneven distribution,single form and incomplete types.For example,the three sets of Business Chinese teaching materials do not appear gratitude language behavior expressing sarcastic pragmatic function,There is no combination of indirect and indirect gratitude in the speech act of gratitude.It further reflects that the compilers of business Chinese textbooks do not pay enough attention to the speech act of gratitude and lack the awareness of cultivating learners’ pragmatic competence of gratitude.This paper investigates the actual application of gratitude speech acts of foreign students in195 different countries and different Chinese levels,analyzes the understanding of Chinese gratitude speech acts of foreign students,and investigates and analyzes the social power,social status and difficulty factors affecting the expression and choice of gratitude words of foreign students,This paper summarizes the pragmatic failure of gratitude in situational Q&A of foreign students.Through this survey,this paper studies whether foreign students can properly use the speech act of gratitude in different pragmatic environments and different social relations,in order to provide reference for the compilation of business Chinese textbooks and teaching Chinese as a foreign language.By analyzing the arrangement of gratitude in teaching materials and combined with the pragmatic failure of foreign students,this paper provides a reference for the arrangement of gratitude in business Chinese teaching materials and the teaching of gratitude in Chinese as a foreign language,so as to improve the pragmatic ability of foreign students’ gratitude. |
