| With the continuous development of China’s economy,Chinese is playing an increasingly important role in international business and economics and cultural exchange.The teaching of Comprehensive Business Chinese Course is a vital component of the Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.What kind of teaching theory and method to adopt to effectively improve students’ business Chinese is a hot issue in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.As a student-centered teaching method,the Task-based Language Teaching emphasizes teaching with the intention of designing and completing tasks.This teaching method can effectively stimulate students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm,and improve students’ Chinese.Based on the relevant theories of Task-based Teaching Method and the author’s teaching practice in Rangsit University,this thesis studies the application of task-based teaching method in the comprehensive business Chinese course in Rangsit University by using the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,classroom observation method and interview method.This study enriches the domestic research on the teaching of business Chinese comprehensive course in Thailand,and provides useful reference for Teaching of Chinese as a Foreign Language in the future.This thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is an introduction,which introduces the reasons for the selection of topics,the research of task-based teaching method at home and abroad,the content of research,the significance and methods applied in the research.The second chapter elaborates the definition and types of tasks,the definition and theoretical basis of task-based teaching method,the necessity and teaching procedures of task-based teaching methods applied to Comprehensive Business Chinese Course on the basis of previous research.The third chapter analyzes the status quo of the comprehensive business Chinese course in Rangsit University from four aspects,such as curriculum setting,teaching materials,teaching staff,and teaching objects.It can be seen that the task-based teaching method is applicable to the teaching of comprehensive business Chinese course.The fourth chapter discusses the overall teaching design of task-based teaching methods in comprehensive business Chinese courses from seven aspects,including teaching objects,teaching plans,teaching materials,teaching contents,teaching objectives,teaching tasks,and teaching processes,and shows the teaching implementation process in detail.Through questionnaire and student interviews,the teaching effect is investigated and analyzed in the fifth chapter.This chapter summarizes the achievements and existing problems of teaching design and practice.At the same time,some reflections and corresponding suggestions are made on the application of task-based teaching methods to comprehensive business Chinese courses,including fully understanding students and making adequate preparations before task design;designing practical,scientific,feasible and interesting tasks;carefully designing topic introduction to arouse students’ enthusiasm for learning;teachers’ participation in task activities as team members with a harmonious learning atmosphere;sufficient consideration of individual differences of students in grouping. |
