| Sandu Shui Autonomous County,belonging to Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Guizhou Province,is located in the southeast of the Autonomous Prefecture.It is the only Shui Autonomous County in China.The level of economic development in Guizhou is relatively backward,with a large number of ethnic groups and a variety of cultural products and forms.The basic deployment of public cultural service infrastructure has been completed in accordance with the provincial and municipal requirements.Strengthening the scientific research on the quantity and quality of public cultural services in this region can not only provide reference for promoting high-quality cultural development,but also provide a strong guarantee for meeting the cultural needs of different ethnic groups and maintaining national unity and stability.At the beginning of the implementation of the National Rural Revitalization Strategy,scientific research on the satisfaction of public cultural services in ethnic minority areas plays an important role in cultural revitalization.After taking Sandu County as an example,based on the new public service theory,this paper tries to build a Sandu county public cultural service satisfaction evaluation system,deeply analyzes the level of Sandu county public cultural service in four test indicators: reasonable facility layout,scientific and standardized management,content public recognition and comprehensive evaluation of satisfaction,and points out the problems and suggestions of Sandu county public cultural service,In order to provide reference for the improvement of public cultural services in ethnic minority areas at both the theoretical and practical levels.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire and so on,this paper attaches importance to the combination of theory and practice,explores the problems of public cultural services in Sandu County,and puts forward feasible suggestions. |
