Research On The Operation Of Community Cultural Auditorium From The Perspective Of Public Cultural Service

Since the reform and opening up,with the gradual deepening of industrialization,urbanization and marketization,people’s behavioral habits,ways of thinking and values have been continuously impacted.Stranger communities and atomized communities have become a trend.In this process,people gradually lose their sense of identity and belonging to the community,and the publicity of the community is weakened accordingly.Therefore,community residents in the current social context urgently need to cultivate public spirit and public morality through the participation of community public cultural services.The community is the "last mile" for building a grassroots public cultural service system.Improving community public cultural services can help meet the needs of community residents for public cultural services and solve the dilemma of the weakening of publicity faced by the community,thereby improving the modern governance level of the community.Taking the cultural auditorium of the J community in Shaoxing as a case study,this paper attempts to explore the significance of the public cultural space with the cultural auditorium as the carrier in the framework of grass-roots public cultural services.A theoretical framework based on the operation process of the community cultural auditorium is proposed from the dimensions of subject composition,problem presentation,benefit coordination,network formation,and operational effectiveness,so as to understand the action logic and action paths of the government,residents,and social groups in the operation of the cultural auditorium.The study found that in the process of the operation of the community cultural auditorium,there are problems such as the discrete participation of residents in cultural services,the large loss of public cultural service resources,the superficial construction of social mainstream values,and the low degree of social forces participating in cultural services,making it difficult for the auditorium to fully play their functions.These problems are mainly caused by the lag in the cognition of residents’ perceptions,the one-way dominant cultural service supply mechanism in the community,the high standardization of the street assessment mechanism,and the weak foundation for the connection of interests of multiple subjects.During the operation of community cultural auditoriums,government should guide to speed up residents’ role transformation,build a grass-roots public cultural service overall coordination mechanism,improve the level of cooperation among multicultural subjects through interest linkage and power transformation,and enrich the types and connotations of public cultural services to ensure improve the operation status of community cultural auditoriums and improve the level of grassroots public cultural services.
