Research On The Construction Of Fuzhou Community Public Cultural Service

The construction of public cultural services is an important task of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that to meet the people's new expectations for a better life,we must provide rich spiritual food,improve the public cultural service system,carry out in-depth cultural projects for the benefit of the people and enrich mass cultural activities.Since 2015,Fuzhou's cultural departments and public cultural units have closely focused on the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020,improving community public cultural services and striving to promote the prosperity of public cultural undertakings.Based on the above two reasons,this paper makes a thorough study of community cultural services,and finds out the problems in the process of development,which can provide better cultural services for community residents and better serve community residents.This paper takes Fuzhou as the research object,and analyses the current situation of community public cultural service construction in Fuzhou by using the New Public Service Theory and Collaborative Governance Theory,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and field investigation.To find that current community public cultural service has some problems,such as weak autonomy of community participation,insufficient investment in public cultural funds,poor quality and quantity of community staff,unsound content of community public cultural services,unsound participation of social organizations,and lack of communication between community and community residents.Above-mentioned,this paper will put forward measures to improve the construction of community public cultural services in Fuzhou: changing the mechanism of community cultural management from government-led to government-supported;increasing investment;providing support for the participation of diversified subjects;introducing professional talents,improving volunteer team;innovating and integrating community cultural content;Wide expression platform of residents' needs,these measures can provide some valuable reference for future community culture construction in Fuzhou.
