| Haidian District Youth Activity Center in Beijing is the only public off campus educational institution in Haidian District,under the direct leadership of Haidian District Education Committee;From the perspective of its positioning and development,public welfare should become its fundamental purpose.What distinguishes Beijing Haidian District Youth Activity Center from other educational institutions in educational institutions is the function of enriching extracurricular life,cultivating and promoting interests,and connecting education at all stages.The sports dance courses at the Haidian District Youth Activity Center in Beijing mainly focus on Latin dance courses,with a total of 7-18 students in each class.There are a large number of freshmen and beginners in the class,and the students are mainly aged 7-14.However,there is a large gap in the number of male and female students.The research object of this article is the development of sports dance courses at the Haidian District Youth Activity Center in Beijing.The research object is the sports dance courses,teachers,students,and venue equipment at the Haidian District Youth Activity Center in Beijing.Through the methods of literature review,field investigation,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis of the development of sports dance courses at the Haidian District Youth Activity Center in Beijing using the logical analysis method:1.The situation of sports dance teachers in Haidian District Youth Activity Center in Beijing is good,but there is an imbalance in the proportion of female teachers.The course venue is equipped with complete equipment and facilities.The curriculum is reasonable.However,the curriculum is not highly targeted and has not been comprehensively considered based on multiple indicators such as students’ own situation and learning situation.2.In terms of sports dance curriculum objectives,actively implementing the school running philosophy of Beijing Haidian District Youth Activity Center comprehensively considers and designs teaching objectives.However,the teaching objectives are relatively broad,and most teachers focus on the teaching tasks of each semester,resulting in difficulties in effectively paying attention to the cognitive and emotional goals of students.3.In terms of sports dance curriculum content,it mainly involves specialized technical movements,combined movements,spatial orientation of movements,body posture,dance rhythm,theoretical knowledge,etc.In addition to the content of sports dance itself,many courses that are conducive to the development of sports dance have been added,such as basic ballet training,physical fitness training,soft opening training,etc.4.In terms of the organizational form of sports dance courses,collective teaching is mainly used.In terms of curriculum teaching methods,teachers can skillfully and flexibly adapt to various traditional teaching methods,mainly including explanation method,demonstration method,decomposition method,and integrity method.However,there are situations where students are not closely connected in class and after a period of learning,students have poor classroom knowledge absorption,slow progress,poor learning effectiveness,and weak foundation.As well as the students’ randomness in learning sports dance courses,homework after class,poor attendance,and other situations.5.The evaluation of sports dance courses is mainly based on results evaluation.Teachers,students,and parents are relatively satisfied with the sports dance courses at the Haidian District Youth Activity Center in Beijing.6.The enrollment of sports dance courses at the Haidian District Youth Activity Center in Beijing is good,and the passing rate of sports dance course students through the sports dance technical level exam is high.Based on the above conclusions,corresponding suggestions are proposed:Targeted optimization of sports dance curriculum settings to meet the learning needs of different students;Refining teaching objectives;Improve the enthusiasm of students in learning sports dance;Strengthen the professional development of sports dance courses;Vigorously promote sports dance,increase the enrollment of male students,and narrow the gap between the number of male and female students;Improve classroom discipline requirements for dance sports courses. |
