In the context of high-quality development of International Chinese Language Education,the demand for international,compound and practical high-level talents is more urgent,and the talent cultivation model of MTCSOL has being optimized and improved gradually "Competition-education integration" as an innovative path for talent cultivation has attracted much attention.In recent years,teaching competitions in the field of International Chinese Language Education have made great progress which setting up a stage MTCSOL students to learn teaching skills from each other,show personal charm and develop themselves.Considering this,the paper takes teaching competitions in the field of International Chinese Language Education as a starting point,focuses on the actual impacts of the competitions on MTCSOL students and deeply interprets the laws and values of educational practice for contributing to the reform of MTCSOL talent cultivation program and the development of International Chinese Language Education.This paper firstly sorts out the development of teaching competitions in International Chinese Language Education from a macro perspective and points out its characteristics in four aspects.That is,the number of competitions increases fluctuatingly,showing a normal development trend;the organizers of competitions are diversified,reflecting the educational situation of industry-university integration;the contents and forms of competitions are various,with the technology and art complementing each other;the results of competitions are relatively significant and the construction of resources has been accelerated.At the same time,with the help of Ecology and System Approach,the paper deconstructs the system characteristics of teaching competitions from a micro perspective and points out that it contains four structural elements,organization group,participation group,audience group and operating environment,which make competition system show the interactive characteristics of symbiosis,openness,and self-organization through information transmission,energy flow and material circulation.Based on the understanding of teaching competitions in International Chinese Language Education and the theoretical exploration of teaching competitions on MTCSOL students,the paper uses Grounded Theory and Textual Analysis to carry out qualitative analysis and finally constructs an "Impact mechanism model of teaching competitions on MTCSOL talent cultivation".This research also summarizes the positive effects and problems of MTCSOL talent cultivation reflected from teaching competitions.The positive effects include:promoting the generation of practical knowledge and improving Chinese language literacy and teaching capacity;expanding the disciplinary vision and deepening career understanding;giving full play to the main part effect and improving comprehensive quality.The problems focus on three aspects:inadequate emphasis on practical teaching and lack of educational technology curriculum from cultivation units;the deficiency of professional development motivation and the inert thought from MTCSOL students;the lower credibility and incomplete system of teaching competitions.At last,this paper puts forward certain suggestions on the optimization of MTCSOL talent cultivation from the perspectives of talent cultivation institutions and competition organizers.Talent cultivation institutions should update the demandoriented concepts of talent cultivation,develop the curriculum practice system of intensive cultivation,implement the collaborative education mechanism with industryeducation integration and create an open and inclusive ubiquitous learning environment,so as to promote the reform of MTCSOL talent cultivation program.Competition organizers should raise awareness of social responsibility,optimize the teaching competition system,improve the competition incentive mechanism and promote the construction of competition results,in order to accelerate the formation of an ecological landscape with deep integration of the competition chain and the education chain.
