A Study On The Sentence Structure Of The Yi Literature "Nari Legend

Sentence pattern has always been the focus,difficulty and hotspot of modern Chinese grammar research.Since the 80 s of the last century,people have continuously borrowed various Western grammatical theories to discuss the emergence and meaning of modern Chinese sentence patterns,compared with the research results of Yi sentence patterns.Cognitive linguistics is in the ascendant in the field of linguistics at home and abroad,and Langacker cognitive grammar theory provides a new research paradigm for our research.However,at present,the theory has not yet been developed in the study of Yi sentences,and there is great room for exploration.Therefore,this paper attempts to use the perspective and tools of cognitive grammar to analyze the generation mechanism of the sentence structure of Nali Chuan qi.On the one hand,it hopes to make some new discoveries and enrich the study of Yi sentence patterns,on the other hand;it also hopes to make some contributions to the theory in the study of Yi sentence patterns.Based on the classification and annotation of sentences and sentence pattern judgment,this paper describes the basic sentence patterns and special sentence patterns of Nali Chuan qi,and uses the an analytical model of Autonomy/Dependence Alignment of cognitive grammar to analyze the generation mechanism of the described sentence patterns.This article consists of six chapters: Chapter I,Introduction.Chapter Ⅱ,the basic sentence description of Nali Chuan qi.Chapter Ⅲ,special sentence description of Nali Chuan qi.Chapter Ⅳ,the word order of Nali Chuan qi.Chapter Ⅴ,cognitive analysis of sentence patterns of Nali Chuan qi.Chapter Ⅵ,Conclusion.Chapters Ⅰ is "Introduction",which mainly explains the basic research overview of Nali Chuan qi,the current status of sentence research,research methods and research content,so as to lead to the topic.Chapters Ⅱ and Ⅲ are devoted to basic and special sentence descriptions.Basic sentences are mainly divided into three categories: general verb predicate statements,adjective predicate statements,and subject-verb predicate statements.Special sentence patterns mainly describe seven categories: serial verb sentence,passive sentence,ditransitive clause,disposal sentence,pivotal sentence,judgment sentence,and existential sentence.In the description of special sentence patterns,some new linguistic phenomena have also been discovered,such as similar patient marker in passive sentence,unconventional types in pivotal sentence,etc.Chapters Ⅳ is the word order of Nali Chuan qi,mainly in three categories: SOV,OSV,SVO.The first two categories are common word orders and are more numerous.The third type of rare SVO word order is the non-Yi normal word order,in which one can be analyzed by other sentences in context,and the other does not exclude that the translator was influenced by Chinese or other unknown reasons when translating.Chapter Ⅴ is a cognitive analysis of the sentence structure of Nali Chuan qi.It mainly uses the autonomy/dependence model of cognitive grammar,which is an analytical model based on valence relation in cognitive grammar.An autonomous structure refers to an independent semantic or phonological structure whose manifestation does not presuppose the other structure;a dependent structure refers to a semantic or phonological structure whose manifestation presupposes the other structure.The autonomous structure and the dependency structure constitute the autonomy/ dependence relation.On this basis,the autonomous and dependent elements are linked into a relatively autonomous synthetic structure by interpreting the bits and sides.Different sentence patterns in Nali Chuan qi have different characteristics,in order to observe more clearly,this paper also makes a special illustration to make it easier to understand the generation process of different sentence patterns.Chapter 6 is Conclusion.Summarize the full text and identify deficiencies.The paper mainly describes and analyzes the sentence structure of Nali Chuan qi,and in the description part,it is first classified and then listed with relevant sentences,and points out the differences in it;In the analysis part,specific analysis is carried out for each sentence pattern combined with autonomy/dependence analysis model,and its generation process is clarified.There are also many shortcomings in this article: First,the description of sentence structure needs to be refined.Second,the analysis part needs to be expanded,and each sentence structure only analyzes one typical example sentence,and does not expand the analysis of other sentences.Third,the understanding of the Yi language is still flawed,and some special phenomena cannot be explained,such as the inability to conclusively prove that "mu " is a patient marker,so it is temporarily called a similar patient marker.
