Vocabulary teaching has always played an important role in international Chinese education.With the development of education situation,teachers and students need to conduct long-distance teaching and learning through the network platform.Based on this,this paper takes Thai child learners as the research object,uses task-based approach to conduct online Chinese vocabulary teaching practice,finds the problems existing in online vocabulary teaching,and puts forward some solutions and relevant teaching suggestions according to these problems.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes research origin,research purpose,research significance,research ideas,research methods and literature review.In the field of Chinese as a foreign language,there are more studies on adult Chinese learning and less on children Chinese learning.This paper uses literature research,teaching practice,classroom observation and interview as research methods to sort out the existing online Chinese vocabulary teaching overview,providing some unique research significance that is beneficial to online vocabulary teaching.The second part is the application analysis part.It analyzes the feasibility of applying task-based teaching method to the online vocabulary teaching of Thai children,and analyzes a design criterion of the course from four aspects: the teaching object,the position and positioning of the course,the teaching objective,and the grasp of the important and difficult points.The third part is the teaching implementation part,which carries out the teaching design,finds the problems in the process of using task-based teaching to carry out online vocabulary teaching,and reflects on and improves them.It is necessary to select the task topic again to design,improve the preparation for online teaching and create task-based teaching materials.On this basis,the improvement plan of case 1and Case 2 teaching is carried out.The fourth part is the research conclusions and suggestions.Through four teaching practices,the advantages and disadvantages of using task-based teaching in online vocabulary teaching are found.In the teaching process,teachers can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate in classroom activities and enhance learning efficiency through this teaching method.At the same time,it is found that there are problems in the implementation of tasks such as unreasonable task design and single evaluation mode.Suggestions are put forward to improve teachers’ network technology literacy and grasp the difficulty of tasks.It aims to help teachers engaged in international Chinese education to better conduct online vocabulary teaching.The last part is the conclusion,which makes a comprehensive review of this paper,and on this basis,summarizes this paper,and puts forward the existing problems and limitations of this research.
