Research And Visual Redesign Of The Stone Patterns On The Pressed Window Of Lianghu Ancient Village In Shanxi

Lianghu Ancient Village is located in the southwest of Gaoping City,Shanxi Province.It is a representative settlement of ancient dwellings in southeastern Shanxi Province.Lianghu Village has a long history.The ancestors of the ancient village adhered to the idea of "farming,reading and heirloom",attaching importance to education,promoting learning and cultivating talents,forming a good business and cultural atmosphere.Clan and merchants built many houses and mansions,and the window-pressing stone is widely distributed on the outer wall of the house as a stone decoration component.These decorations reflect the social vision of the residents of the ancient village,and condense rich historical and cultural heritage and aesthetic taste.In today’s changing social context,the modern transformation of the window-pressing stone pattern makes it full of vigor and vitality.This paper takes the traditional cultural element of the window-pressed stone decoration of Lianghu Ancient Village in Shanxi as the research object and carries out visual redesign.The purpose is to modernize the window-pressed stone decoration of Lianghu Ancient Village,which will help modern people understand and promote traditional culture.Spread.In the early stage,the author took several field investigations,took photos of the window-pressed stone on the spot,read and sorted out relevant literature,and understood the formation factors and development status of the window-pressed stone decoration.It is classified according to the auspicious meanings of different patterns,and analyzed from the two aspects of the artistic expression and cultural connotation of the pressure window stone,which lays a solid foundation for theoretical research and design practice.Extract the available animals,plants and geometric patterns from the arranged auspicious implication patterns,find out the problems in the spread of the window-pressed stone decorations,and use the graphic creative method to combine the window-pressed stone decorations with modern things for redesign and display.In order to achieve the purpose of disseminating this special decorative form that contains Chinese traditional culture,and further promote the diversification of modern design elements while the traditional culture is more widely spread.
