Purpose of research:The 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-n Co V)outbreak affected the physical and mental health of the public.Meanwhile,the control measures lasting for nearly three years also hindered people’s lives.Some researchers have investigated the status of sleep in recent years,and found that 300 million people have sleep disorders.Sleep is the most basic physiological need of our human beings.A good sleep state can not only provide physiological benefits for human beings,but also can add psychological luster.College students are the largest construction force in our country,and it is crucial to care for college students’ sleep problems.On the one hand,it can provide physical support for college students,and on the other hand,it can also provide academic guarantee for college students.A large number of studies have shown that physical exercise can improve people’s physical and mental state,and can improve students’ health from different aspects.On the other hand,without the supervision and discipline of their parents,college students are more free and easier to drift with the tide.The continuous architecture of the online world makes college students immersed in the virtual world and unable to extricate themselves.Some college students are immersed in the world of their mobile phones and delay their sleep time,causing anxiety,and then worsen their sleep.Therefore,in the context of repeated outbreaks,this study started from the relationship between physical exercise and sleep quality,and introduced two variables,mobile phone dependence and anxiety,to jointly explore the influence mechanism on sleep quality,which has certain reference value for maintaining the physical and mental health of college students.Research technique:Using scale method(sports activity rating scale,Pittsburgh sleep quality refers to the quantity table,anxiety rating scale,college students mobile phone addiction tendency scale)collected from top ten universities in xi ’an(including xi’ an jiaotong university,northwestern polytechnical university,Chang ’an university,northwest,xi’ an industrial university,xi ’an foreign affairs institute,xi’ an sports college,xi ’an music college,xijing college,xi’ an foreign studies university)of 1300 college students effective questionnaire,Data were analyzed using the statistical software SPSS22.0,Descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test,correlation analysis was used,Statistical methods,such as regression analysis,To explore the relationship between four variables:physical exercise,mobile phone dependence,anxiety and sleep quality and their variability in demographic variables,At the same time,AMOS software is used for structure model detection,mediation effect analysis,Finally,using the multi-group analysis method,The phone-dependent and anxiety mediation model.Finding:(1)In the post-epidemic era,the physical exercise score of college students in Xi’an was 20.22± 6.29,which was at a low level.There were significant differences in the demographic variables,such as gender,local source,college level,grade,major,and cost of living(P <0.05).The exercise level of male students is significantly higher than that of female students;the students from rural areas are significantly higher than that of students from urban areas;in the college level,the students have the highest exercise level;in the grade level,the freshmen have the highest exercise level;in the professional dimension,the sports students have the highest exercise level;in the dimension of living cost,0-1000 yuan.(2)In the post-epidemic era,the sleep quality score of college students in Xi’an was 6.78 ± 2.88,which was at a low level.There were significant differences in the demographic variables,such as gender,local source,college level,grade,major,and cost of living(P <0.05).The sleep problems of female students are significantly higher than those of male students;those students from urban areas are significantly higher than those from rural areas;in the highest sleep quality level,985universities;in grade level,freshman students have the highest sleep quality level;in professional dimension,sports students have the highest sleep quality level;in the dimension of living cost,students reach 0-1000 yuan.(3)In the post-epidemic era,the mobile phone dependence score of college students in Xi’an is50.57 ± 11.91,which is at the medium level.There were only significant differences in the three demographic variables: sex,ground source and grade(P <0.05).Girls are significantly more dependent on mobile phones than boys;urban students are significantly more dependent than rural students;seniors are dependent in grade level.(4)In the post-epidemic era,the anxiety score of college students in Xi’an was 50.12 ± 9.33,which was at the medium level.There were significant differences in the demographic variables,such as gender,local source,college level,grade,major,and cost of living(P <0.05).The anxiety level of female students is significantly higher than that of male students;students in urban areas are significantly higher than those in rural areas;in the college level dimension,students in 211(not 985)have the highest anxiety level in senior students,and students in humanities and social sciences have the highest anxiety level in the range above 3000 yuan.(5)There were pairwise correlation between physical exercise,sleep quality,anxiety and phone dependence,with significant correlation P <0.05.Physical exercise negatively predicted sleep quality(correlation coefficient-0.74),anxiety(correlation coefficient-0.50),and phone dependence(correlation coefficient-0.27);phone dependence and anxiety positively predict sleep quality(correlation coefficient 0.32,0.46),and phone dependence also positively predict anxiety(correlation coefficient 0.32).(6)Mobile phone dependence plays a mediation role in physical exercise and sleep quality (mediation effect value of-0.004),That is,physical exercise improves sleep quality by reducing dependence on mobile phones;Mobile phone dependence plays a mediating role in physical exercise and anxiety(mediation effect value of-0.081),That is,physical exercise can reduce anxiety by reducing the dependence on mobile phones;Anxiety played a mediating role in physical exercise and sleep quality(mediation effect value-0.009),Physical exercise can improve sleep quality by relieving anxiety;Anxiety plays a mediating role in cell phone dependence and sleep quality(mediation effect value 0.104),That is,the degree of mobile phone dependence will affect the sleep by changing the anxiety of college students;Mobile phone dependence and anxiety mediate a link between physical exercise and sleep quality(mediation effect value of-0.001),That physical exercise can be done by reducing cell phone dependence,To further improve the anxiety of college students,Ultimately,they will affect the sleep quality.(7)The chain mediation effect between mobile phone dependence and anxiety in physical exercise and sleep quality varied significantly by gender P <0.05,which indicated that the level of physical exercise and mobile phone dependence and anxiety status had a higher effect on sleep quality in girls than boys;there was no significant difference between independent sex and local source P> 0.05.Research conclusion:The overall situation of sleep quality,anxiety and mobile phone dependence is above average level,while the overall situation of physical exercise is at low level;physical exercise can negatively predict sleep quality,mobile phone dependence and anxiety play some intermediary role between physical exercise and sleep quality,and physical exercise can affect sleep quality through the chain mediation effect of mobile phone dependence and anxiety,and the chain mediation effect is affected by gender. |
