With more and more severity social competition and the living tempo is fast, many people have sleep disorder in different degree and health is effected gravely. Sleep disorder not only is the important factor for people's psychology and body health, also is the one of factors that affect college students growing. It is a factor that physical exercise can be good for psychology, research on relation of physical exercise and sleep quality is absent. College students are main force for the future, psychology and body development is in form period. It is the duty for all the people to care them grow healthily.In order to find whether there is relation between physical exercise and sleep quality, College students sleep quality and psychology health, what kind of physical exercise model can affect college students psychology health and sleep quality effectively. What's methods and mechanism of effection. Whether different exercises environment can produce different results. The research analysis our country and foreign documents about the relation of sleep quality and psychology health. Sleep quality and physical exercise, rising the shortcoming in this field and giving the psychology mechanism theory hypothesis about physical exercise, psychology health to sleep quality, by using documents, logical method, questionnaire experiment, mathematical statistics.First, finding documents to analysis the formerly result of social factors for sleep, ensure personality, negative living events, anxiety, depression are the key factor to affect sleep quality, and make sure the theory that both person and environment factors affect sleep quality. Physical exercise is a special environment factor, it can affect sleep quality directly, and it also can benefit for sleep quality through by affecting psychological health level.Secondly, by stratified random method, subjects are from SiChuan University and JiangNan University, Grade 1, Grade 2. 1321 students have been employed and measured with tools such as PSQI, EPQ-RSC, physical exercise degree questionnaire, ASLEC, STAI-Form Y, SDS. It gain 1060 effective sample. The result shows that :19% college students have sleep disorder. There is no significant difference between male and female and Grade 1 and Grade 2. The higher psychology health level, the better the sleep quality ,the more heavily the physical exercise, the better the sleep quality.The last, to physical exercise as interfering means, to interfere behaviour of 68 students who are in sleep disorder, self-determination and combination exercise as independent variable student's sleep quality and psychological health level as dependent variable. Theresult show: Different exercise environment can improve psychological health level for students who are in sleep disorder significantly. At the same time, to validate the psychological mechanism which exercise can effect college students' sleep quality.The result: (1) 19% college students have sleep disorder problem. There is no significant differences between male and female,Gradel and Grade2. (2) Negative event is the direct factor for sleep quality. (3) Personality is the deeper factor for sleep quality. Students who are optimism and stable mental state get better sleep. Dispite of personality's direct affection, and can control stimuli process to affect sleep quality. (4) Anxiety, depression are higher than norm. The higher the anxiety, depression level, the worse the sleep quality. (5) 90% college students'physical exercise rank is a little to moderate. In a certain range, the more heavily the exercise, the better the sleep. Effective factor of physical exercise is the time and frequency of one time exercise. (6) Physical exercise can improve sleep quality directly, and also can reduce stimuli, fall anxiety dumps level, and change personality traits. (7) Both self-determination and cooperate exercise environment can be benefit for sleep quality, and improve psychological health. In a word, combination exercise environment are better than self-determination exercise environment.
