The increasingly advanced computer program technology and the widespread popularization of computers have brought about a revolution in people’s lives, and human beings have entered the Internet age. Each era will give art a unique content and style, and the increasingly advanced computer program technology and the widespread popularization of computers have brought about a change in people’s lives. The use of smart and mobile devices accelerates the spread of images and information. The influence of the Web on contemporary image creation is not only reflected in the development of aesthetic and presentation issues. The internet opens up a new type of political participation for individuals and also reveals the fractured intensity of a certain "decentralization" : the chaotic message of infinite fragmentation overlapping with political opinions, not to mention the increasingly increasing absolute dominance of digital democracy in online social media. The use of smart and mobile devices accelerates the spread of images and information.Networks that used to use only computers are now "ubiquitous." With the advent of Web 2.0,the internet is beginning to be seen as a key part of our daily lives, not just a medium. It’s a utopia that we need to build together, and it’s a dystopia in which we are.In the contemporary rapid development of the Internet era,in the trend of global economic integration,in the information age, artists can easily access all kinds of art information from all over the world. This invisibly greatly expanded the artist’s horizons,so that many artists began to use the Internet to find a new form of content and artistic expression. The cyber-information society has entered a new phase that has become generally accepted by the masses, with different people trying to describe this shift in different terms, albeit in very similar ways, and specifically, the debate around post-Internet art is more or less simultaneous with the debate around post-media art and new aesthetics.Curator Karen Archer argues that "the term ’post-Internet’ does not correspond to any particular concept of time or some technological medium, but refers to an ideology that coexists with the Internet,a way of thinking about the Internet." “Post-net"tends to be more creatively conscious. This kind of thinking runs through the whole process of artistic creation, including the emergence of the initial creative concept, the choice of medium use of the artwork, and so on...This kind of thinking also includes the audience’s understanding and acceptance of the artwork.Post-network art is not art produced on the Internet,it is a reflection of t he influence of the Internet on culture and society. To cope with these cultural shifts,we need to think about how to revisit the standards of art and artistic creation in this free-flowing and constantly renegotiating region. How the combined reliance on technology has changed the formal aspects of art creation and art presentation. This paper explores the emergence and current status of emerging arts based on the Internet environment.
