Dance sport has a long history of development.In recent years,with the significant improvement of teachers' quality and the gradual enrichment of teaching resources,it has been rapidly promoted in colleges and universities as a public physical education class,and is well liked by college students.Sports dance has many attributes,such as fitness,entertainment,competition,etc.,but it is precisely because of its multi-attribute characteristics that it leads to some problems and difficulties in the teaching process,such as large individual differences among students.Unified teaching methods are difficult to meet the needs of students and so on.As a new teaching mode,flipping classroom teaching mode is based on learning and teaching.The whole teaching process is based on students' self-study,self-questioning,self-cooperation and self-competition.The individual differences of the students are fully respected and the creativity of the students should be brought into full play,which can solve the problem of the individual differences faced by the sports dance teaching.Therefore,this article will use the literature material method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics method,the experiment method,This paper probes into the basic theory of the flipping classroom teaching mode and the theory and method of carrying out the flipping classroom teaching mode in the sports dance teaching ofthe ordinary colleges and universities of our country,through the teaching experiment,This paper further analyzes the effect of rollover classroom in college sports dance teaching and the difference between this model and the traditional sports dance teaching mode in teaching effect.This paper studies the value of rollover classroom model in college sports dance teaching in our country,and puts forward the existing problems and strategies,in order to provide reference for the implementation and promotion of flip classroom teaching model in college sports dance teaching in our country.This paper draws the following conclusions:1.The flipping classroom teaching mode is helpful to improve the students' sports dancing skills.There are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in dance posture and balance and dance expressiveness.It shows that the cooperative learning and discussion link in the flipping classroom mode establishes a good atmosphere for students to help each other within groups and to compete with each other,and students are more likely to form the correct dance posture,cultivate students' self-confidence and desire for expression.2.The flipping classroom teaching mode has a positive effect on the improvement of students' sports dance creation ability.There are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in dance movement arrangement,music selection,level change anddance fluidity.3.After receiving the sports dance teaching,the experimental group and the control group in the physical fitness has been improved,but the two groups of students in the physical fitness does not exist significant difference.It shows that the effect of cooperative learning teaching method and traditional physical education teaching method on students' physical fitness is similar.The improvement of physical fitness can be achieved only after a certain amount of time,a certain intensity and a certain amount of exercise load.4.The turnover classroom teaching mode has certain help to the cultivation of students' exercise attitude,because in the study attitude,the behavior custom and so on,the function of this teaching model is more remarkable.The flipping classroom teaching mode provides a learning environment of equality and mutual assistance between teachers and students.The introduction of video and other links makes the learning process more interesting and enhances the willingness and enthusiasm of students to exercise.5.As a new thing,the teaching mode of flipping classroom still needs to be perfected.The cooperative learning method may pull the gap between most of the students who are not self-conscious and self-reliant and other students,at the same time,it may reduce the students' motivation to exercise without other people to accompany them.
