For the teaching of Chinese as a second language,the high-quality Chinese learning dictionary is an important reference book to help learners to acquire Chinese from the micro perspective,and an important auxiliary means to promote the development of international Chinese education from the macro perspective.In 2021,《 Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education 》 was born in the international Chinese education circle.Under the guidance of it,the compilation of textbooks on international Chinese education materials and the design of Chinese proficiency test will be adjusted and updated accordingly.The existing export-oriented Chinese learning dictionary types,rich in content,but is still not mature,its internal has not yet get rid of the influence of introverted language dictionary,does not conform to the new requirements for the development of international Chinese education,also can not effectively meet the needs of learners learning Chinese,so design a both can meet the needs of learners learning and meet the latest standards of Chinese level learning dictionary is very necessary.This paper first summarizes the theoretical and practical achievements in the compilation of export-oriented dictionaries at home and abroad,learns the compilation experience of the classic export-oriented English learning dictionaries,and studies the advantages and disadvantages of the three representative export-oriented primary Chinese learning dictionaries.On this basis,the author puts forward the principles that we should follow in the interpretation and examples of compiling the export-oriented Chinese learning dictionary.Finally,the author’s design ideas are put forward to show the design results.This paper hopes to compile a Chinese grade dictionary that conforms to its own characteristics on the basis of summarizing the mature paradigm and the advantages of export-oriented Chinese learning dictionary.Although the current design results are still in the stage of improvement,they have shown the characteristics that Chinese brand export-oriented Chinese dictionaries should have under the guidance of the International Chinese Education Chinese Level Standards.Innovation:1.At present,there is only one export-oriented Chinese learning dictionary based on the《Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education 》in China,and the research and practice results will become the latest primary export-oriented Chinese learning dictionary based on the 《Grading Standard》,and the results are aimed at native Chinese learners who speak Indonesian as their native language.2.Most of the existing extroverted Chinese learning dictionaries lack hierarchical and communicative considerations in interpretation and examples,and the traces of introversion are obvious.This study puts forward a view on the principles of lexicography and a new idea of lexicographical design,in an attempt to improve the shortcomings of the internalization of the content of the extroverted dictionary.3.《The International Dictionary for Chinese Learning》was published in January 2022,and this article analyzes and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of this dictionary in its compilation,and obtains the latest compilation experience.
