In recent years,the relationship between China and Russia has become increasingly close,which is becoming more prominent in language learning and cultural exchange.The heat of Chinese learning is heating up,and the trend of the younger age of Chinese learners should be paid attention to.However,in the actual teaching,the consideration based on the age characteristics of students is not deep enough,and the problem of how to stimulate the interest of primary school students is divorced from the reality,and the lack of relevant theoretical guidance.The theory of multiple intelligences emphasizes the diversity of thinking and cognitive modes,which is more in line with the characteristics of younger students and has been widely applied in the field of teaching.This paper attempts to start from the international Chinese education background,combined with its own overseas teaching practice,combined the theory of multiple intelligences with the primary school Chinese classroom teaching in Vladivostok,Russia,and analyzed the feasibility,advantages,existing problems and corresponding solutions of its application in local Chinese teaching from multiple perspectives.The research is mainly discussed from the following aspects: First,the literature review,the multiple intelligences theory in the field of teaching,especially in the field of language teaching research results and scholars’ views are summarized,clear theoretical basis;Then combined with my one-year teaching practice in Vladivostok primary school in Russia,I demonstrated the feasibility of applying the theory of multiple intelligences to local teaching.On this basis,the application of various dimensions of multiple intelligences in Chinese teaching content and language elements is discussed.The complete teaching design under the guidance of multiple intelligences is presented as the application results.The teaching methods and effects of the application of multiple intelligences theory are analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages are found,and reasonable countermeasures are given.In addition,from the perspective of students’ questionnaire feedback and teachers’ interviews,this paper quantitatively analyzes local students’ outstanding superior intelligence in Chinese class in the form of questionnaires,including language intelligence,body movement intelligence,interpersonal intelligence,music intelligence,etc.,and further demonstrates the advantages and needs of multiple intelligences theory applied in local primary school Chinese class.In the form of teacher interviews,the current teaching situation is summarized and analyzed.Starting from the basic situation of teachers,teaching classes,classroom teaching and language elements teaching,the enlightenment role of multiple intelligences theory in Chinese classroom teaching is analyzed,and optimization suggestions are given at the teaching level and teacher level.Finally,it summarizes the advantages and principles of combining the theory of multiple intelligences with the local Chinese classroom and puts forward its own thinking opinions for the local Chinese classroom from the perspective of multiple intelligences,which can serve as inspiration and reference for overseas Chinese teachers.
