Research On The Songtao Miao Flower Drum Dance Cultur

The Miao Flower Drum Dance is a folk art that combines drumming and dance,integrating folk customs,sports,dance,and music.It is the cultural crystallization of the Miao people’s conquest of nature,transformation of nature,resistance to external invasion,and long-distance migration in their long-term production and life.It has a long history and profound cultural heritage.The Miao Flower Drum Dance is rooted in the Songtao Miao Autonomous County of Guizhou Province and the Miao community in Xiangxi,Hunan Province.It is a cultural symbol and source of strength for the Miao people,supporting their spiritual and cultural life for generations and possessing high artistic vitality.This article takes the Songtao Miao Flower Drum Dance as the research object,and the Wa Yao village and surrounding villages known as the "home of flower drum art" as the field site,comprehensively studies and analyzes the cultural ecology,artistic form,cultural connotation,and inheritance and development of the Songtao Miao Flower Drum Dance in the historical and cultural context.The article is divided into four chapters,with the following main content:Chapter 1 introduces the background of the Songtao Miao Flower Drum Dance from two aspects: natural and geographical environment and human ecological environment,based on literature review and field investigation.Chapter 2 mainly describes the uniqueness of the artistic form of the Songtao Miao Flower Drum Dance from the aspects of performance form,costume props,and music rhythm.Combining their own practice and learning of the Flower Drum Dance,the author uses dance ecology to analyze the aesthetic characteristics of its movement form.Chapter 3 expands the study of the formation factors and cultural connotation of the dance culture of the Songtao Miao Flower Drum Dance from the perspectives of cultural studies and anthropology.Chapter 4 explores the causes of the morphological changes and changes of the Songtao Miao Flower Drum Dance in the process of modernization by describing its development process.Based on the current development status,the article puts forward some thinking suggestions.
