In recent years,with the rapid iteration of mobile 5G and 6G underlying technologies,and the rapid implementation of AR,VR,and even XR application scenarios,the era of digital economy has experienced the evolution from informatization,industrial digitalization to digital industrialization.The new concept of mobile Internet: Web3.0,has quietly become one of the hot topics discussed in the technology industry and the venture capital industry.Compared with the characteristics of Web1.0 "read-only" and Web2.0 "reading and writing interaction",the core characteristics of Web3.0 "interconnection,mutual trust,reading and writing integration" provide enterprises with considerable imagination.The party’s 20 th report clearly pointed out: "accelerate the construction of manufacturing,quality,space,transportation,network,digital China".In the strategic picture of "digital China",to realize the great development of digital economy,"promoting the deep integration of digital economy and real economy" is a key link.As the leading independent music company integrating live music performance,artist copyright management and digital user community in China,Modern Sky has seriously broken the balanced loop of the whole ecosystem from 2020 and 2022,when the key business of live music performance was repeatedly frustrated.Article with modern sky live music performance business model innovation as the research object,the case analysis,literature research,content analysis,questionnaire survey and interview research method,relying on the business model theory of "value system"(value creation,value transfer-value acquisition)for the research ideas,using the perspective of value "again" insight again,mining modern sky live music performance the possibility of business model innovation and development.It is found that the influence of digital economy on the business model of Modern Sky live music shows the characteristics of slanting value insight,fine assimilation of value creation,double chain of value transmission and value acquisition.According to the theory of evolutionary economics,its development stage can be divided into: germination stage,exploratory stage,development stage,transformation stage and high-speed development stage.The conclusion of the questionnaire survey shows that Modern Sky’s music performance business model based on "online performance" and "offline performance" has its own advantages and disadvantages.The content analysis results show that the audience’s experience satisfaction & acceptability of the two modes is inconsistent with the questionnaire conclusions.After analysis,the conclusions of the two studies finally point to the business model innovation of "online + offline" performance integration.At the end of the paper,taking the shaping of the "online","offline" and "online + offline" multilateral platforms and the creation of the ecosystem as the innovation guideline,the paper looks forward to the era of Web3.0 modern sky live music performance business model: becoming an enterprise with the vision of "the world’s largest public to create live music performance integration service provider".
