| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the living standard of Chinese rural people has been greatly improved,and most farmers have solved the problem of food and clothing.The relative satisfaction of material life makes farmers begin to pay attention to the development of spiritual life.Leisure life has become an important camp for the peasants with low education and low income to enrich their spiritual life.Leisure mode is an important carrier for farmers to realize leisure life.It refers to the activity mode that people adopt in specific leisure time in order to achieve certain leisure effect and leisure state.Pucheng farmers’ leisure mode means that pucheng farmers carry out leisure activities in certain leisure time in order to achieve physical recovery,physical and mental pleasure,social interaction and other purposes.This study analyzed the current leisure mode,causes,characteristics and existing problems of farmers in pucheng county through literature research,cross research,interview and questionnaire,and put forward solutions according to the existing problems.The research results are as follows:1.The current status of farmers’ leisure mode in pucheng county Pucheng farmers’ leisure modes are mainly static and enjoying,the length of daily leisure time is affected by the farming and traditional holidays,the cost for leisure is lower(leisure spending on 51-300 yuan per month),farmers prefer to participate in leisure activities with family members and neighbors,the satisfaction of most farmers on the present leisure life is higher,their cognition about recreation is practical,the choices of leisure are limited to personal income,family support and personal ideas.2.The exiting problems of farmers’ leisure mode in pucheng county The leisure mode is monotonous,the concept of leisure is backward,the leisure environment is poor(the infrastructure is not good,the leisure places and facilities are not enough,the leisure information is lacking).3.Countermeasures to solve the existing problems of farmers’ leisure mode in pucheng countyFrom the governmental and personal aspects to solve the problems of farmers’leisure mode in Pucheng county.Specifically speaking,the government can help through the following six aspects to impove PuCheng farmers’s leisure life:policy for poverty alleviation and technical support to improve the income of peasants,establish leisure information dissemination system,improve the PuCheng rural life of leisure facilities,according to different intensity of farming to organize different activities,build good farmers leisure atmosphere,increase investment in farmers’ vocational education and basic education.Meanwhile,pucheng farmers should try their best to solve the personal problems of leisure mode by learning new skills,changing the concept of leisure and eliminating their own leisure barriers.This research hopes to provide some reference and support for the government,relevant experts and scholars in theory and reality.Specifically,the theoretical aspects:provide certain theoretical support and reference for the government to formulate the farmer leisure policy.In order to formulate or adjust the new leisure guidance policy,the country needs to know the general situation of farmers’ leisure.For other experts and scholars more in-depth understanding of pucheng farmers’ current leisure status to provide research materials.In the future,other people may study pucheng farmers from different perspectives.Although the leisure mode of pucheng farmers has certain regional characteristics,it also has certain national applicability.Therefore,it is of certain reference value to study farmers’ leisure ways in other areas.The reality aspect:respond to the national construction harmonious society,suit with the construction socialism new countryside policy;Cooperate with the implementation of the 13th five-year plan of the State Council;With the leisure of farmers to drive the development of rural leisure,promote economic development;Expand farmers’ leisure ideas and guide pucheng farmers to establish scientific and healthy leisure habits;It is conducive to the comprehensive development of pucheng farmers and the long-term stability of rural areas. |
