| With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,in recent years,more public awareness has begun to focus on democracy,the rule of law,fairness and other levels,and the willingness of the public to participate in and discuss politics has been strengthened.At present,the work of primary-level deputies to people’s congresses in some regions of our country is limited to varying degrees,and the effect of the role of deputies to people’s congresses is not satisfactory......How to give full play to the performance efficiency of the county-level people’s Congress,so as to improve the performance system of the county-level people’s Congress is a major and urgent issue that the local people’s Congress must face.This paper selects the deputies of the 17th National People’s Congress of Pucheng County as the object of exploration.By establishing the evaluation index system of the performance efficiency of the deputies of the County People’s Congress,the paper analyzes and evaluates the performance situation of the deputies of the County People’s Congress,and analyzes and evaluates the existing problems and constraints in the performance efficiency of the deputies of Pucheng County.Based on this research,the author puts forward the strategies for the performance ability of the deputies to the People’s Congress of Pucheng County,and then provides valuable suggestions for improving the performance efficiency of the deputies to the People’s Congress of Pucheng County and further improving the performance system of the deputies to the county People’s Congress. |
