Study On Multi-governance Of Urban Community

Urban community residents is the smallest unit of life,the government administrative nerve endings,urban community governance issues has always been an important problem in the process of community governance,is we are worthy of further study of a subject,the emergence of new crown outbreak,exposed still exist problems in the urban community governance,for the urban community governance is put forward higher requirements.General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed the importance of community governance on many occasions,giving instructions for in-depth and meticulous work with the masses,laying a solid foundation for communities at the grassroots level,and building a solid foundation for the national building.With the deepening of the urban community governance,community governance level and ability has improved,but in some parts of the city community,the community party committee,residents’ committee or the owners’ committee,residential property,residents,such as unclear responsibilities between the main body,influenced the development of the urban community governance,optimize the urban community governance,need more harmony between main body,mutual participation.In this paper,the urban community of Z Street in C district is taken as the research object.Through interviews and questionnaires,the dilemma of urban community governance in Z Street is summarized:the management level of government managers is insufficient;The development prospect of community workers is not clear;Lack of infrastructure for the provision of community services;Residential property management ability is not strong;Deviation exists in the consciousness of the members of the owners committee;Lack of effective supervision;The idea of residents’ participation in community governance has not changed;The way of residents’ participation in community governance is not smooth,and the time of residents’ participation in community governance conflicts.In terms of improving the governance capacity of urban communities and optimizing the coordination and cooperation between multiple subjects,Put forward the clear division of responsibility of each subject in community governance;Scientific planning of community staff career development;Improve the hardware level of community service;Establishing a temporary party branch of the enterprise;Refine the establishment of working rules for the owners committee;Clear channels of supervision;Cultivate the sense of belonging of community residents;Nine suggestions should be made to facilitate residents’ participation in community governance,and detailed operational steps should be put forward for these nine suggestions.The research of this paper has certain guiding significance for improving the ability and level of urban community governance in C District Z Street and other similar areas,solving the problems of urban community governance,and improving people’s sense of happiness and gain.
