A Study On The Role Of The Provincial Government Secretary As A Staff Officer From The Perspective Of Role Theory

As the core personnel of the general office of the provincial government,the Secretary directly serves the leading comrades of the provincial government.The exertion of the staff role directly affects the decision-making level of the leaders.Therefore,it is of far-reaching practical significance to explore and analyze the role of the Secretary Staff of the general office of the provincial government.As an important part of the national ruling system,the Secretary keeps close contact with various functional departments and social organizations.On the one hand,it affects the leadership decision-making,on the other hand,it also determines the specific implementation of the decision-making.Therefore,the research of this paper puts the staff work of the Secretary under the background of the current bureaucratic system in China,starts from the static and dynamic perspectives,and comprehensively analyzes the staff role of the Secretary,so as to ensure that the research conclusion is more authentic and more in line with the current situation of the secretary team of the general office.In terms of research methods,this paper adopts the combination of empirical research and case analysis,selects the role theory in sociology as the research perspective of the paper,examines the specific process of the Secretary’s staff role in information submission,document processing,manuscript drafting and other links under the bureaucratic environment,deeply analyzes its existing problems and causes,and discusses how to effectively play the staff role of the secretary,how to break through its existing work bottleneck and put forward feasible countermeasures.
