| In the Internet era,the illegal and criminal events of secondary vocational students are often reported in the news media,which has aroused extensive discussion and attention from all walks of life.How to improve the legal quality and even the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational school students is a major issue in front of us.In people’s past impression,secondary vocational students lack the initiative and enthusiasm of learning,the willpower and self-discipline of code of conduct are also relatively weak,the organization and discipline are not strong,and the legal awareness is relatively weak.The effect of traditional teaching is not ideal,and case teaching method,as an important teaching method in secondary vocational law classroom,still has a lot of room for improvement in the application process.However,the teachers of "basic theory and practice of criminal law" in secondary vocational schools lack of novel design of cases when teaching law,and basically rely on the cases provided in textbooks,which is difficult to improve students’ interest in learning the course of "basic theory and practice of criminal law",and will not trigger students’ in-depth thinking on social issues,especially legal issues;In the process of using cases,problems such as obsolete and rigid case introduction links,inactive classroom discussion and single case evaluation can not comprehensively measure students’ legal quality,which seriously affects the teaching effect of the course of basic theory and practice of criminal law in secondary vocational schools,and also restricts the legalization and modernization of Vocational and technical education.The legal literacy of secondary vocational school students urgently needs to be further improved under the background of socialist society ruled by law with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,the legal teaching in secondary vocational schools,especially the teaching of basic theory and practice of criminal law,has become the focus and difficulty of academic research.In this context,in order to improve the learning effect of basic theory and practice of criminal law for secondary vocational students,we must make a detailed and in-depth analysis and Research on all links of the application of case teaching method.Under the guidance of the teaching objectives of the course "basic theory and practice of criminal law" in secondary vocational schools,this paper clarifies the concept of case teaching method.At the same time,this paper investigates and understands the current application status of case teaching method in the course of basic theory and practice of criminal law in secondary vocational schools,by means of face-to-face communication and interview with teachers and mobilizing students to fill in questionnaires,and summarizes the existing problems and causes of case teaching method in the course of basic theory and practice of criminal law in secondary vocational schools.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes,the author provides the application and improvement measures of case teaching method in the course of basic theory and practice of criminal law in secondary vocational schools,that is,innovating teaching ideas and giving full play to the main role of students;Collect cases through multiple channels and build a high-quality case resource base;Diversified case presentation methods to improve students’ interest in learning;Pay attention to reflection and summary to improve students’ learning effect.At the end of the article,this paper takes the "intentional injury case of ’competing for girlfriend’in a school in Qingdao" as an example for specific teaching,which is mainly composed of four stages: full preparation stage before class,specific implementation stage in class,detailed evaluation stage after class and case analysis report stage,and makes an in-depth analysis on how to carry out each stage. |
