Nowadays,with the vigorous promotion of the construction of the rule of law in our country,the establishment of Basic Course of Law is of great significance to the students of every major in secondary vocational school.Teaching method is a more creative teaching method than traditional teaching method.The popularization of case teaching method is helpful to solve the dilemma faced by the course of Legal Basis.However,there are still some cases in the course of applying case teaching method to the course of Legal Basis in our country,such as classroom case selection.So how to use the case teaching method correctly and effectively and really improve the teaching effect of the course is another important problem faced by the course of < legal basis > in secondary vocational schools.It can be found that by strengthening the construction of the case database and training the legal literacy of the teachers,we can effectively solve a series of major problems facing the curriculum of < legal basis > in secondary vocational schools.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.The main contents are the research questions,the purpose and significance of the research,and the current academic research status at home and abroad.The second part mainly introduces the case and case teaching method,the characteristics and functions of the case teaching method,the difference between the case teaching method and the traditional teaching method,and focuses on the advantages of the case teaching method compared with the traditional teaching method.The third part mainly discusses the significance of the application of case teaching method in the basic course of secondary vocational school.The fourth part mainly discusses the problems in the case teaching method of the legal basic course of secondary vocational school.The fifth part mainly analyzes the improvement measures of the case teaching of the legal basic course of secondary vocational school.The author hopes to explore a set of effective "Legal Basis" curriculum education and teaching methods through the discussion and analysis of the improvement methods of the "Legal Basis" teaching methods,and to play the role of the "Legal Basis" course for secondary vocational schools in China.Some roles make suggestions.
