| With the continuous improvement of the quality and requirements of personnel training in modern society,the reform and innovation of secondary vocational education is also deepening.and the educational concepts and new teaching models that conform to the development of students are widely used.The basic tenet of the "Jurisprudence" curriculum standard for secondary vocational schools emphasizes that attention should be paid to reflecting the essence of jurisprudence,cultivating the core quality of students’ legal awareness,establishing correct and reasonable socialist legal values,and actively guiding students’ autonomous learning to promote the diversification of school teaching.In recent years,problem-based learning has been widely promoted and applied in the educational circles at home and abroad,focuses on cultivating students’ problem awareness and the ability to use the theoretical knowledge they have learned to deal with practical problems.Therefore,it is very necessary to apply problem-based learning in the teaching of jurisprudence in secondary vocational education.Aiming at the problems existing in the current jurisprudence teaching to build a teaching mode in line with "Jurisprudence" in secondary vocational schools,and verify the application value of the teaching model through teaching practice,so as to improve the current jurisprudence teaching in secondary vocational schools.This research mainly includes the following parts: The first part is the introduction,which expounds the research background,significance,methods and research status at home and abroad of the research content,and opens up ideas for the research of this paper.The second part is the overview of the problem-based learning and related theoretical basis and the difference between the problem-based learning and traditional teaching and other aspects of the discussion,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the research.The third part investigates the current situation of secondary vocational jurisprudence teaching and the application of problem-based learning through student questionnaire and teacher interview,and analyzes the feasibility of applying problem-based learning based on the research results.The fourth part is the problem-based learning design of secondary vocational jurisprudence,combining with the characteristics of jurisprudence course,textbook analysis,learning situation analysis and teaching design principles,the concrete process steps of problem-based learning are constructed and the problem system of jurisprudence is designed to provide basis for teaching practice.The fifth part is the case analysis of problem-based learning in secondary vocational jurisprudence teaching,applying problem-based learning to specific teaching practice,taking "legal responsibility" as an example,through the analysis of teaching effect,and then verifying the application value of problem-based learning,as well as the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of specific practice.The last part introduces the conclusion of the research and the implementation countermeasures of better application of problem-based learning in the practice process,and puts forward some ideas for further research. |
